We went to Cirby Ridge to have our 15 year old cat euthanized. They had quoted us a price over the phone of $91.50. When we finally committed to do it we called again, 2 weeks later, the cost rose to $113.00. We took the cat in and not a word of sympathy was uttered by anyone in the office. They took the cat and returned after 10 minutes and told us the cat required a examination which was an additional fee of $30.00. So a 56% increase in cost and no sympathy. Why would I go back?

They saved my dog. He had a horribly infected ear, to the point where I thought he was going to die. I only paid $50 for the exam, and for the medicine. The vet himself actually helped pay for a portion of my dogs meds because he knew I couldnt, they let me pay off the rest with a payment plan. I cried because I was so happy, and so surprised at how kind these people were. The vet gave me a hug and told me my pup was going to be okay. Never met nicer animal people in my life.

Dr Hurst and the staff at Cirby Ridge are amazing! I brought in my mini potbelly pig and my dog and everyone was so helpful! I live out of the area and the staff is great about getting back to my phone call questions and make it very easy to get the medication that my animals need! I would recommend Cirby Ridge to everyone!

Dr. Hurst is clearly jaded from a long career of answering questions, and no longer respects the value of a customer. If you feel like being spoken to like a student sitting in detention, go see Dr. Hurst.
