I have a 9 week old basset hound puppy that I am taking in this Saturday for his 2nd set of shots, this vet came highly recommended by several people I know. Not only is she caring for my basset hound but we moved into a home that had to feral kittens running around that no one claimed and no one would help. So I started feeding them and working with them to get them to trust me. One of them was killed by Coyotes and the other was terrified without their sibling. I named him CLYDE, he is a gorgeous long hair tabby that looks like a maine coon. Super sweet and loving and loves pets now. This doctor is neutering him for free with a voucher they obtained and helping me look for a foster home for this kitten since he is still out doors and will be after he his fixed also because I cannot take him inside. This clinic and its staff have gone WAY above and beyond what any other clinic would do to help this stray kitten Clyde. They take care of my puppy Roscoe and they REALLY CARE about animals, they are not in it to make money like other vets and clinics are. Are they fancy and modern, no, but does your pet care about such things NO!! All your pet cares about is good care...are they going to pamper you and give you wine while you wait, no, but again your pet wants good honest care. I am happy I found this clinic! UPDATE: Roscoe is done with his puppy shots and his rabies and is 5 months old now. This clinic has been affordable, very informative and super helpful. They actually helped us find homes for TWO kitties, Clyde and another cat that was an adult that showed up and no one was taking care of. THIS CLINIC IS GREAT, NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

I have read reviews of this vet clinic on another site and the ones in this site and they were so wrong. They must have been first time clients and expected a high class place. This clinic is great. The staff are great people. Dr. Case is a very caring doctor who really feels for the pet, no matter what size. She is knowledgable in whatever is wrong with your pet and it is not an expensive place for pet care. Other larger multiple doctors clinics charge high to pay their big salaries and overhead. Dr Case is a one on one doctor. I have been taking my pets to her for many years for needed shots to the visit today. My little dog had a lump on her shoulder and I was thinking the worst. She came in to exam room, listened to heart, felt the lump and said, just a fatty lump. She had a medical term but this is what it meant. Other reviews on another site said the office smelled of urine and the staff was impolite. None of that is true. I would and have told many of my pet loving friends about this place. Please go in and judge for yourself. This place and doctor and staff go the distance for giving caring personal attention to your pet. She even went to my daughters home after hours to do the sad deed of putting one of my daughters dogs to sleep so that my daughter would not have to make her dog, already in pain, be loaded into a car for that. Now this is a GREAT person!! So thank you Dr. Case and staff for being the caring vet clinic. 11/7/12

I have been going to DR. CASE for 7 years now and can not believe the horrible things that have been written here. I took my newly adopted dog here today and once again, she did not disappoint! Another popular Vet Clinic in Roseville diagnosed my dog with a rare disorder, charged me a fortune, and caused this dog to suffer needlessly because they have an EQUINE(horse Dr!!) on staff who worked with horses for 30 years and thinks he knows it all. He informed me he has seen this disease in horses and "knows" thats what it is, though no small dogs have ever reported having it!! Dr Case quickly did an exam and discovered that my dogs jaw is broken!! He does NOT have that disease, and in fact needs to be off the steroids that the horse vet gave him, because they are inhibiting his healing! He is in need of a dental, and an extraction on one tooth, but it has to wait at least 6 months before considering this! NO kibble, just soft food so it can heal. Then, she charged me $27.00!!! What an amazing Dr. She really cares about the animals, has been doing this for years, and knows animals better than anyone I have ever met. Her office is clean, no cats, professional staff and kind and compassionate. I wouldnt go to anyone else. Shes treated all my dogs and never once been wrong, or rude or unkind. She is the best!! Dont let these nasty reviews deter you from seeing the Best Vet in Roseville. And, the best price!!

They were recommended to me by a friend who I trusted. I have a very ill elderly cat they were kind and got me in right away but they absolutely do not return calls! After $200 worth of blood test you think they would at least tell you the results without me making three phone calls. Once I finally talked to a vet I tried to call back the next day because I was worried about his continual weight loss and was told she only works one day a week. Was also told someone would return my call this did not happen. Now Im in a horrible spot I dont trust them have to find a new vet Meanwhile my cat is getting skinnier and very sick.

Called to get my dog in asap because he had a gash on his stomach with a layer of skin missing and was in major pain. Pretty much an emergency, and the lady on the phone didnt seem to care AT ALL! She told me they had nothing open and could not see him until tomorrow. Is this how they treat all emergency situations? She didnt even offer to see if they could squeeze him in or talk to the doctor. Nothing. I wouldnt recommend this get to anyone.

In spite of negative reviews, a rescue friend told us to trust Dr. Case. We did. Dental surgery on our Bichon went well. The Dr. was direct and business-like, no nonsense. Office staff were nice (it helps to be nice yourself). Cats were pleasant but make sure your mutt is leashed or crated. Bill was reasonable. And, the place was clean though not modern. Suitable to our needs.

Since learning about Dr Case and Cirby Sunrise vet its the only vet I take my fur babies to. All the staff is friendly and Dr Case is caring. She doesnt put my pets through unnecessary procedures, she is very honest. Its easy to make appointments and prices are more than reasonable. I definitely recommend Dr Case and staff at Cirby Sunrise Vet.

Had to put my 17 year old cat down. They were so compassionate and professional. Never once felt like they were just trying to get money out of me. They let me go through the process at my own speed and talked me through all of it. It wasnt my first time with this but they knew that grief clouds the thoughts. Would definitely recommend.
