Feeling down as I type this review as Mimi the Wondercat may have feline leukemia. We brought her here today around 5:30 pm and had a short wait until she saw the vet. This being our second visit, Ive always been impressed with the vets here - she even went to get a second opinion from the other vet. (I shouldve gotten their names!). After having spent a good half hour or so with us, it was determined that bloodwork and urine samples were needed, claws trimmed and antibiotics prescribed. Everything came to $270 (yikes!) but I can afford it now as Im finally gainfully employed. Ill just have to forgo some nice meals and a new pair of shoes. But then, NOTHING is too much for my furry baby. The waiting room had two kittens in a large play cage of sorts waiting to be adopted and the local Manx vet cat (for lack of a better word) strolling around checking out the patients. While waiting, you can read the latest issues of Cat Fancy, Dog Fancy and Bark. Fingers crossed that the results will turn out okay. Ill know by tomorrow morning what will be in store for us. Please send positive thoughts...Mimi needs them!

This was such a wonderful place to bring your pets. Dr. Valentine was ALWAYS HONEST!!!!!!! The new Dr. we have been using is great and I never had a problem really until this month when i was suckered into $80 over the quoted price and a procedure. And also I did end up paying for a procedure that I said I for sure didnt need while making the appt. After all said and done....I was crying that I have to find another place to take my 3 doggies. Although I spend approx. $2000.00 every year at this vet, the practicing manager Sara was rude, unproffessional and unreasonable all the way to the end while i stood my ground that what they did was unacceptable! She did not care to lose us as clients over an $80 bait and switch, not including the othe $40 procedure that I did end up paying extra on. Shame on Blue Cross Pet Hospital for hiring her and allowing her to screw pet owners over!!! Im not the only one....a cat owner has a similar story from around the time Sara was hired!

I have been a client with Blue Cross for many years now and I find them to be be a caring group of veterinarians who have been there for me and my dogs through many a difficult illness and decision making process. I especially would like to recommend Dr. Roberta Raymond as a superior surgeon and empathetic vet. I also appreciate the fact that she will work with me as a team in conjunction with my other holistic vets to get the best of both Western and Alternative treatments for my animals- this requires a willingness to set aside ones ego - often hard to find in the veterinary profession in my opinion. I am grateful to have a vet who will hear me out and work jointly with me as Dr. Raymond patiently does!

If you have a big dog, especially of a breed with a "bad" reputation (pit bull, rottweiler, etc.) do not go here. The vets dont deal with your dog, but rather the breeds reputation. They will insult you and your choice of pet. They literally made my 14 year-old sister cry when she brought in her 8 month old Rott. I brought my dog in and the vet accidentally stuck her finger in a gash on his side. Shocking, but he didnt want her to touch him after that. Now they wont even try to touch him and act as though hes a vicious animal...ridiculous. To be fair, they are knowledgable and the front desk staff is very polite. Also, there are several vets and I have only dealt with three of them.

I took my new pup 4 months old for all of her shots. The place is wonderful, clean and professional. Then my poor little girl was hit by a car, I drove in a panic fearing the worst. They have not only saved her but with love and kindness that not everyone displays . I can recommend this place to anyone with a cat or dog. You could not be in better hands. My Lady is healing nicely with her special bootie on her broken toes, the ladies wrote loving messages on it for her and decorated it too. The care, concern and honesty if their Doctors is such a blessing. This is my vet for life

Blue Cross Pet Hospital has served my family, in a very caring manner, for a long time...!! For my parents, they have cared for our family dog and then all three of their cats, including the one that is almost 21 years old. For my husband and I, Blue Cross has been there for all three of the cats that we have had the pleasure living with - two of which we adopted from them!! Through "thick and thin" I cannot think of another vet practice that I would trust to direct the care of my "fuzzy, four legged" children!!

I was told about this office from another customer I met at a dog park 7 years ago. I own a german shephard and was told they have good experience with shephards. I have been going since. Even while I moved out of the area, I still make the drive up there. They performed hip sy on my dog when he was 9 months old. They were all aware who my dog was and what we were going through. I highly recommend this office. Never experienced any bad drs or staff.

We were referred to them by a fellow Berner owner and have been very satisfied with the service there. Have brought our pets there for about 10 years now. Only issue that needs improvement is wait time. Arrive on time for appointment but often wait more than half hour before being ushered into a room, which then involves more waiting.

I absolutely love every Veterinarian at Blue Cross Pet Hospital. They are helpful and always take the time to make sure my animals receive the best care possible. I have never felt rushed and answers to all of my questions are always answered in an appropriate time frame. I have recommended them to many people I know.

We love this place, as do our kitties! The techs and vets are kind and thoughtful. They have given us fair quotes on everything, and have more often than not charged less than quoted. The work is outstanding and I love how well they treat my cats. Top notch!

I love visiting! They all provide great care to my dog and cats. The doctors took the time to do a complete examine on my dog and answered any questions I had. Prices are very reasonable. I have only had a few visits but I wont go anywhere else.

This is a great veterinarian to bring your babys. What I really like is they told me the price before they just did test and left me with a bill. Also the prices are very reasonable. I will be coming here for all my fur babys needs.
