I had ACL replacement knee surgery by the wonderful Dr. Akizuki. His office recommended several PT resources, one of which was Potrero PT. Ive been seen Daria at Potrero PT for 12 months. She has a wonderful "bedside" manner: warm, understanding, and empathetic to my rehab style and needs. The staff of assistants there are also friendly, energetic, and supportive. Early on in my rehab, I hit a wall with building back my quad and Lance suggested the water rehab program in an offsite pool with a group of fellow rehabbers. After only a handful of pool sessions, I got past the hurdle. Now that Ive celebrated my anniversary with Potrero PT, Darias handed me my back-to-running program, which Im following religiously thrice weekly, in addition to Barrys Bootcamp for some cardio activity I regard as "PT Xtreme." These guys are wonderful healers and Im grateful for everything theyve done for me this past year. Highly recommended if youre looking for thorough and wholesome rehabilitation for your specific needs.
