If there was a negative star rating, theyd have my full support at a -10. I waited 2 hours for an appointment they insisted I show up early for, before finally walking out. There was a grand total of 3 patients, 2 of us waiting on god knows what & not one of the staff had a clue as to what was going on. Apparently telling me Ill be seen "soon" repeatedly for over an hour & a half is their idea of professional. Worst experience imaginable. It amazes me they have any patients at all. So unorganized, inconsiderate & inexcusable. Apologizing for TWO hours of waiting without even being seen isnt going to give me my time back or the day I took off of work to see this man. I would recommend sitting at an ER over this place to anyone, anyday. Or even staring at a wall. Finding a new place to go immediately.

They brought back my smile. Well I got lucky. Dr. Fathi is great. So is the office team. They are very accomodating and friendly.

They send so many notifications for your visit but never tell you what to bring in for the visit. If youre a first time patient, ask before going if they need anything from your previous doctor.

I need 28 crowns done and called to get an idea on pricing and they refuse to say anything unless you go in and pay for a first visit. Totally annoying.

Great Doctors and a nice team. My Kids love their Dentist. great location which is very convinient along the mall.
