Terrible (possibly racist) service at the emergency room. I tell you, I am really mad at these people at the emergency room. My girlfriend come in, screaming in pain, crying. All that, cant walk or nothing. These emergency room people took in two people before her, and this guy and this lady. Both calm, walking on they own. This other guy who got in in before her was even asking if I had a lighter for his cigarette. He was fine. So after 30-45 minutes, she gets in, doctors take about 5 minute with her and already she in a room, getting an IV, oxygen, the works. The doctor knew this was serious, but these nobodys at the front desk took they sweet old time. Now, you are probably wondering why I said racist. Im not one to jump to conclusions, but we were probably the only latinos in the room, so that could explain that. For the care that she received, Im happy. But upon debated a one or two star review, I remember when I went up to ask those guys whats the hold up, he looks at me with this condescending smile and says calm down... like boy, I know people in high school who have your job. Youre no medical expert. In summation, if I was shot, between this hospital and another, and the other was a few miles extra, Id tell them take me to the other one. Id Take that into consideration, especially if youre black or Latino.

one of the worst medical center that i have ever seen. their doctors are not reliable. they discharged my little baby even they know he had a problem and I forced to go to the ER just a day after his discouragement. i payed my bill and my insurance payed as well, but i still received the bill from center, i do not know what are they doing there. are they working or just spending their life!!! i never forgot when i wanted to register for delivery, I miss my appointment and their staff called me and stayed over time for me for registration process, but now when i call them to explain them that already payed the fees, nobody answer me. I stayed for more than 45 minutes on call and spoke to three different departments and every department pass I to another and at the end my phone call disconnected and nobody answer me again.they just know the money not else.i never never never ever go there and never recommend there to others

Was here with my daughter who had a severe lung infection. The nurse couldnt care less, and closed her window on me, and said she was on break! And I then watched her turn and talk to some other worker about the latest gossip. Staff are rude and condescending. Dont care if you literally drop dead, as long as it wont interfere with the latest gossip.

Im a 29yr old heart pt and have had 7 surgeries due to it. The dr was in the room immediatly since I was having chest pain, the dr not only exceptional but listened and treated me like I was his own child, for that I am so thankful for plus the staff was amazing and calming. I recommend this ER highly.

Very poor service in the billing department I requested a copy of an I9 two times already both representatives said the copies would be emailed and mailed nothing yet it has been over three weeks now. So If the bill goes on my credit Im going to be highly upset.

Most of the staff is very kind caring and personal. One of the fastest ERs in the area. You never want to go to a hospital but this is a great regional hospital.

I was in the Respiratory section on the 2nd floor with wonderful caregivers both day and night shifts. I had pneumonia. Thank you for such great care.
