My first time boarding my 3.5 year old German Shepherd, Lexi, here and couldnt have been any better or smoother. I was referred by the NextDoor app and went with it because they offer the option to have your dog socialize with other dogs during the day or be alone. She stayed Friday and Saturday night and picked her up about a half an hour from closing on Sunday with ease. The staff were so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Lexi stayed in their "luxury suite" where she had a raised cot and there was even a tv in the room that plays Disney dog movies, too funny. The whole building was VERY clean and in and had no real doggy odors as the building was built on 10/2016. This was her first ever boarding and was a little anxious, causing some diarrhea. The staff called me to let me know that shes having diarrhea and that the on-site vet will call me when she gets freed up. She called no more than five minutes later and explained that shes probably just anxious, diarrhea is persisting and recommended a medication to stop it. She was very informative and wasnt pushy on trying to sell me on some medicine. I go back in on Sunday to pick Lexi up and one of the employees went over the summary of her stay, invoice then payment. She explained that there was a discount since it was her first stay and the vet also performed a complimentary head to toe physical evaluation with a whole list of things that she did and wrote a short and sweet little thank you letter with future advice for Lexi at home. They gave me the leftover medicine to use at home if I need and explained exactly how to use with great instructions. When she came out she looked just as good or better then when I dropped her off, smelling nice and clean. I would of never guessed that she got sick. One of the employees helped me carry a dog pillow and plastic bag of things out to my car. She said that Lexi was a pleasure and really made me feel good about my decision to use Wagly Pet Campus of Tustin. So great boarding, great staff and great experience. I did some shopping around OC trying to find a good place to board Lexi since shes my baby and would 100% use this place again, hands down and would recommend it to anyone. I was extremely surprised at how much everything was, much cheaper than I had expected even with the medication for the diarrhea. The ONLY thing I was kind of bummed out about was that the "luxury suite" has a webcam camera in the room so you can check on your dog through a livestream feed, but its not up and running quite yet. Its in the works and should be operable soon. Check them out, you will not be disappointed and youll know your pup is in good caring hands!

Wagly is great. They put on little events every few months and really look out for your pets. They recently added webcams too so you can see your pup playing and having a blast. The staff is super caring too always calling or letting us know when we pick up if they noticed any strange behavior. Seriously a great place and Berkeley loves going!

Best animal hospital by far. Fully equipped for any pet emergency. Its like walking into an ER for animals. They also take care of animals and watch him while you leave. Like a doggie hotel. Staff are friendly and they even gave me a tour of the place.
