I had a very bad experience in this hospital, alot of social criticism comes especially from the Philippino nurses they are very rude to other than their races. I was in a room with other patient who was Phillipinoe and we had a same nurse her name is Merlin boncato, I had asked her once to reposition me because my back was hurting she told me to call my nurse assistant and she ignored me completely she never got back to check on me to see if Im doing OK on the other hand the other patient next to me she kept coming back and forth to check on him and make sure he is doing well, she had asked me once to keep my voice down so I dont bother him even though I had no visitors at all. I dont recommend this hospital to anybody

My girlfriend had to be hospitalized here for like 3 months in 2012 if it wasnt for the awesome doctors & nurses my gf most likely would have died. They are exceptionally talented and passionate about there work. I highly recommend Sutter hospital as a place to be a patient if necessary.

I am updating this review because their of further good experiences with Sutters health care in Solano County. While I was skeptical about their quick diagnosis after a long wait in the emergency room, it panned out, and there was no issue.

My moms bladder drain tube broke and leaked all onto her bed sometime in the night. When she informed the nurse she wanted to be cleaned up the nurse said that wasnt her job and left her wet in bed until the dayshift nurses showed up.

Had to take my child to their Energency Room. As a nurse myself and can honestly say everyone was professional, very nice and listened. Getting staff 2 listen can sometimes be the hardest part of ER visit. This is a good facility
