I decided to change vets to find something closer to my house. I scheduled routine shot and exam appointments for our new kitten. At my first visit we waited in the waiting room 40 plus minutes. Then after they took us back we waited another 40 plus mins. Still I gave them another shot thinking maybe this was a one off. Today we went back for the 2nd visit and waited an hour in the waiting room. I finally gave up and left. This is very frustrating considering I leave work early to make my appointments and be on time. I will not be going back! I will continue to drive all the way north across town to continue seeing my vet who Ive never had any issues with before.

We have been bringing our dogs to Healthy Pets for 4 years now and we cant say enough positives about both Dr. Mayfield and Dr. Junge, and all of the staff. Both of our dogs experience anxiety when going to the vet but everyone involved is always very understanding and helpful in working with us and our dogs to get through it with as little stress as possible. Our family highly recommends Healthy Pets!

Staff is very knowledgeable and shows great appreciation to customers, as well as caring service to your pet. We take both of our dogs there, and have never had a problem. They definitely do a lot to ensure your pet is comfortable and feels safe. Also, their prices are extremely reasonable and they do not push unnecessary services.

They will offer you the best options for your situation and I wouldnt trust anyone else with the medical care of my critters.

We first went here because it was one of the vets that offered a free visit when we adopted from the HSPPR. We realized that they genuinely cared for our pets and were very friendly to us. We decided to continue to use them for our pet-care needs, even though we live on Fort Carson and had been using the on-post vet.

Ive taken all of my dogs and cats here. You can tell that they genuinely care for the animals. My dog, who has social anxiety and doesnt usually let anyone other than me and my husband touch him, loves it here. I absolutely recommend Healthy Pets!
