There are actual bugs flying around the office and tthe medical staff is extremely rude. The office refuses to refill prescriptions after calling and having the pharmacy contact them multiple times. I was told I would get 6 months of birth control refills and I got no refills. Now they will not respond to myself or my pharmacy to get a refill. Please go anywhere else you can before this place.

Medical assistants/front desk people are extremely unprofessional and at times ignore and/or refuse to complete a task. The NP there Hailey was great, but the other staff were very rude. Natasha, one staff member hung up on me during a call and refused to send a request through for a referral from the NP as well as medical records (illegal).
