I have been receiving acupuncture from Mark Costello regularly (1-2 times per month) for over 15 years as part of my personal healthcare regimen. I have taken a preventative approach with Mark by going to him for regular body "tune-ups" before problems occur rather than seeking his help after I feel sick. I believe that this has helped to keep me relatively healthy and in "balance". Another benefit of working with Mark over such a long period of time is that he has done a lot to educate me about the importance of taking an holistic approach to my physical well-being including exercise, diet, stress and the pros and cons of traditional Western medical treatments. As a result, I feel much better prepared to take responsibility for my own health issues as I age.

After taking all kinds of medication for stomach acid problems, Ruth got to the core of the problem (something western medicine doesnt seem to want to do). My problem was multiple allergies to food and over a span of time I was able to go back to gluten with no problems. Its really nice to get back to a healthy place the right way.
