My dog is a rescue dog with severe anxiety. We have worked extensively with her and at this point, she only reacts when someone approaches her and looks in her eyes. I specifically call ahead at new vets and ask the staff to please not look Rosie in the eye and to allow her to approach them first. To make a long story short, she was approached by a man and started barking, at which point my entire purse contents went on the floor. The supervisor then came around the desk, approached her, and my dog obviously barked since she looked right in my dogs eyes and started walking towards her with outstretched arms. My dog is six years old, and she has had this problem her entire life despite training. I cant believe these people so obviously ignored what I asked them to do, then made matters worse. They commented that my dog had problems. Its very sad that someone who supposedly works and has education in how to handle animals caused the worst reaction Ive seen out of my dog in years. We have gone to four Banfields over the years and always had wonderful experience with staff. I think that will be stopping today.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They always are sincerely concerned with your pets health, and clearly have a love for animals. However, the staff failed to do their research; after being prescribed Rimadyl for pain, my beloved companion is dead from internal bleeding, along with the thousands upon thousands of other animals whom were prescribed Rimadyl since the year 2000. Dont let them prescribe Rimadyl (its other names, Imafen, Imadyl, or Carprofen) to your animals if you care for them.

Treated my pet horribly. Stay away from this place! I have a puppy that was struggling and could not breathe, and they were really pushy about buying their puppy package. This place is terrible, went to VCA and they were great and actually helped my dog. Called to complain and the manager still hasnt called me back like I was promised. Please stay away from this vet, my pet just got more sick and they didnt care at all!!!

Loved the doctors but am very disappointed with their organization at this location. I found out my dog has been behind on multiple shots for over a month now without receiving an initial or follow up call/voicemail. The reason I pay for a wellness plan, is so you can monitor that. I found out because I reached out and asked questions. Unacceptable, you have lost a customer

I would absolutely never recommend this place! The staff is so unprofessional and the vets are so uneducated. The staff do not know up from down and will tell you one thing and then tell you something different. I have dealt with a good Banfield location before but this is not it! Please take your pet elsewhere, they deserve better.

I have taken both of my doggos here for 4 years now. They are very professional, very sweet to my dogs, and the vets are excellent. I always refer people here. One visit, after my dog woke from having his teeth cleaned, the vet assistants held him and comforted him until I arrived to pick him up. They are so nice.

The staff is always very friendly and through. They take great care of my dog and the wellness plan is great if you have a dog with arthritis or allergies like ours. The only downfall is that we always seem to have a long wait while we are there. Other than that, they are great!

One of my dogs has been coming here since he was a puppy. The other one for 4 1/2 years. Both of my dogs received excellent care here. In fact, they both get really excited when we drive into the parking lot. I understand, but both of my dogs love coming here.
