When you call for an appt, they can always schedule you pretty fast. The staff is always very nice. But there is one major issue. Every time my wife or I have gone (which has been a lot over the last year, with two kids) we have to wait forever. They get you back into the exam rooms fast, but then you end up waiting in there for 20 minutes or more every time. When youre back there with a small child, or two because you have to bring both kids, being in a small, unventilated room, with very little activities is Hell. Today, my wife was left in the exam room for an hour with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. She even popped out once to see what was going on, and they said it wouldnt be much longer. It ended up being another 30 minutes before my wife walked out without our daughter ever being seen. That was the final straw. We are finding another pediatrician. They have also moved to a self-check in system where they give you an iPad and make you check yourself in every time. You end up answering the same, bio-related questions that should be already in the system. When youre dealing with one or more children, who could be sick, this is a difficult task. As I said, the receptionists and doctors are nice, but the whole system leaves a lot to be desired and we wont be going back.

Came home from work and my teen was very sick. I called at 4:55pm and they were able to give me an appointment at 5:40pm. We saw Vona and she was great and spent a lot of time with us considering it was the end of the day. Very impressed with the customer service in the this office.

I absolutely love Dr. Vangeti!! She gives such excellent care to my daughter and always answers all my questions on a level I understand. She also takes very good care of me as a first time mom and always makes a point to tell me I am doing an outstanding job as a mom.
