I called this Dental office on Fri.the 5th 2017 asking if walk-ins were Available, I was Hoping i could go in to fix my missing Filling that fell out last week.I was told i couldnt do it as walk in unless i was bleeding or Really bad pain. So i went ahead and scheduled an appt. For Mon.the 8th 2017 but let me tell You! This Young Lady or Lady was So RUDE!! When she asked me how long have i not been to there Office and i answered. "Its been a while" she laughed at what i said or she was Amazed by it she even said Dam girl!! She sounded SO SO!! Unprofessional and not Very Nice I cant remember if she gave her name when she answered the phone i just cant.Theres people not as fortunate to afford Dental care. This lady made me feel bad i just didnt go in for my appt. On Mon. I looked for another Dental office that will treat patients right.I wont be going back to this Place and i dont Recommend it for RUDE, Unwelcoming staff answering there phones!!

My brother had the worst experience with Dr. Hall and the entire staff, Paid $1500 to start some work. After 1st visit of 3 extractions he was in severe pain. Refusing to take pain pills due to the nausea that it caused him, he called with concerns of a potential dry socket. No returned calls from the doctor or staff members. With no other option but to go to a urgent care where they did put him on a antibiotic. Still in severe pain (3-7-17) my brother walked in only to be treated like an idiot. Front desk rude about the walk-in and told him "your going to be waiting awhile" he agreed to wait. When the Doctor finally seen him he told him " What do you expect? you have a hole in your mouth" hopefully by sharing this story some professionalism and adjustments in patient care will be addressed and fixed.

My husband had a horrible experience with doctor hall today, he came home with pain and bleeding. As soon as the doctor finished putting anesthesia on my husband, he began to do the deep cleansing procedure only on the left side of his mouth. My husband was bleeding and feeling a lot of pain and this doctor didnt give him a container or anything to spit it out my husband told the doctor that it hurts, but the doctor ignores him, my husband does not speak english so he had someone to help him translate, but that person ignored him. My husband dont want to finish the treatment plan, he said he was treated like an idiot. He is Not going back to this place of RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL people.

Worst place ever!! I been with risas for over a year my teeth look the same i tell them every time i go they never do nothing only change the color rubberbands dr. Said i only needed braces for 1yr now they say 2yrs! I tried to cancel my contract but i still have to pay so im just gonna finish the stupid contract! The staff is friendly when your just checking in for an appointment but when i walked in for an emergency apmt they were rude they make you wait hrs even if they have no patients and claim to be busy! they dont care about the patient they only care to take the money!!! So SICK OF RISAS DENTAL IN WHEATRIDGE please dont waste your money here!

I have been going to Risas dental and braces once a month for about a year now to get my braces adjusted. Every time i walk in i am right away greeted and checked in, i am always brought back on time by one of the assistants and have never really waited for more then 10 minutes. Sometimes it gets super busy but ill instently get an apology from the staff for a long wait and i do not mind. My wife and kids also have been coming to this office for theyre regular exam. Its awesome to have a very reliabale and affordable dentist that my whole family can go to.

I have been to different dentist office, but Risas Dental at Wheatridge is the best by far. very clean, very friendly, and you never have to wait, if you setup an appointment and you confirm the appointment by text you get in within couple of minutes after you arrive. this has never been the case anywhere else that i have gone. in Alamosa I use to wait at least 30 minutes before they got me in. Comford Dental same thing. Great doctors, Dr. Jensen, and assistant Danielle have done great work with my braces. Thank You Risas Dental Wheatridge!!!

On Saturday October 29th I came in for my permanent crowns. Dr. Spencer, Christian, and the staff are the best of the best. I never inagined that I could get my beautiful smile back again. I got all of the dental care I needed and braces here. They have very reasonable prices and payment plans. They always take me in on time for appointments and when Ive had minor things bother me Ive walked in without an appointment and they dont make me wait too long. They dont even make everything feel rushed they even have done xrays and really helped. Amazing clinic, great staff, and vvery clean! Miriam L.

The place is horrible, the assistant said he has 7 yrs of experience but didnt seem like it at all!!! When the doctor came in to take a look at my moms denture and what was bothering her, he didnt even introduce himself or explained what he was going to do! He hurt my mom and when she let him know he literally rolled his eyes. I would not recommend anyone to come here.

Everyone is always so welcoming, and extremely fun. Theyre always very flexible, and answer all your questions. Theres always someone around to help you, my favorite so far has been Danielle, she took the time to answer all my questions and explain the rest of my process here and Dr. Jensen is extremely fun. Its always such a pleasure coming to my appointments.

I have been going there for a few months now, I as well as many other people refuse and despise going to the dentist however, one of the assistants I tend to get, Jacky, does not fail to impress. She delivers excellent work and makes it comfortable to be at the dentist. Highly recommended for their wonderful services and even more wonderful employees!!!
