"Compassion Animal Hospital Incompetence" I am sharing my families experience with this horrible, incompetent, joke of a business due to the fact that they DESTROYED my daughters 8th birthday and could care less about their utter lack of accountability towards their ADMITTED faults. In a nutshell (due to character limit on google reviews) We an appointment to have our dog boarded for the weekend of 7/1-7/3 so that we could take our 8 year old daughter the The Great Wolf Lodge ($383.77 paid upfront) and when we arrived to drop our dog off there was a sign that read "CLOSED 7/1-7/4. WE lost our payment for the hotel as well as crushed my 8 year olds birthday weekend. After contacting DR.Cooper and the staff at ZERO-COMPASSION ANIMAL HOSPITAL they admitted that they were at fault but are unwilling to compensate our family in any way. They take zero accountability for their incompetent actions that directly caused our family to lose almost $400. ( we are a young family that just relocated to woodland park from 900 miles away and this money will be difficult to re-coup) PLEASE take your doggy business somewhere else ... this company has ZERO COMPASSION and does not care about their community. ( I have a full write up of exact dates, times, phone calls ect that i will post every place that i can , as i feel obligated to warn people about this horrible place... it just wont fit on google reviews) DO NOT GO HERE .. DR. COOPER does not hold himself or his staff accountable for their incompetence.

We were in the area on vacation and needed to get some last-minute immunizations for our dog. Even though he knew we wouldnt be repeat customers, Dr. Cooper did a thorough examination and recommended some additional care for our dog. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices were very reasonable as well. We didnt realize it until later, but our daughter left her sweater at the office and they mailed it back to us! Outstanding vet care with exceptional service!

Their name says it all - these guys are compassionate. My experience with Dr. Cooper and his staff has been really wonderful. They are all very friendly, gentle and understanding. Theyve gotten back with me quickly on all of my questions and have reasonable pricing for their services.
