I am disgusted with the customer service at this location. I had a 9:45 appointment and showed up at 9:52 due to a family emergency. I was told I could not be helped because I was "late" for my appointment. The young curly blonde haired lady at the front desk was very short and rude, giving a horrible customer service experience. So, I asked to speak with the manager to resolve the issue. He explained that there very "booked" with appointments, but that there is another appointment available at 10:45!?!?! Seriously??? Youre booked but have another opening in an hour. He then explained that they run there appointments in 15 minute windows.....although my session would have taken 30 minutes or more. He contradicted himself several times and was verbally combative when I called him out on the time discrepancies he was giving. I am still shocked at the extremely poor customer service I received. Funny side note: On the way out, the girl at the front register made a comment that I was in and out quickly. I explained to her how I couldnt be helped for being 7 minutes late. Her response, "wow thats messed up, I would take my services somewhere else if I was treated that poorly." A STORE REPERESENTATIVE told me to not use Banfield; that speaks volumes!!!! I dont recommend anyone coming here, unless you want horrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague...... oh and when I asked for a number I could call to make a complaint, he gave me a bogus number.....disgusting customer service once again......

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This entire facility is just incredible. We primarily worked with Dr. Fennema and Dr. Loughridge but spent enough time their to have interactions with everyone. The staff (doctors, vet techs, and front staff) is kind, loving, and knowledgeable. Words can not describe how thankful our Family is. Our Angus had to have Emergency surgery and in correlation with Northside clinic, Banfield has helped with his post-op complications and got him well enough to come home! Their love for what they do is evident and they use their knowledge, experience, and the most up to date evidence based practices to navigate through their plans of care. They listen to your concerns and work with you for the best possible outcome of treatment. Every single staff member just goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

We had an 11 month old pitbull, Axel, that we took to this location when he ate yarn and plastic. The staff here is amazing, they got us in same day, took an x-ray and told is exactly what was going on. They were so loving towards our pup. We were not able to have the surgery done here due to pricing reasons, but that didnt stop them from calling us to check and see how Axel was doing post-op. They continued to follow up with us and is always so welcoming when we went in for routine check ups. Our pup passed away on October 19, and a week later we received a card, with each staff member writting their own thing about Axel. If we ever get another puppy we will not hesitate to come back to this Banfield location.

The rudest vet asst (SAM) Ive ever met in 33 years. Kept interrupting me and then was a complete smart ass when I pointed out she was being rude. Told me she didnt like people thats why she works with animals (I guess she forgot about the part where she has to talk to the people who own these animals. The ones who keep this business going). Anybody that will disrespect a human being in that way cannot be trusted to take care of an animal properly. Obvious anger issues Im worried she would take it out on the pets so I immediately left. I would advise anyone else to go to the one a few blocks over in the Town Center they are extremely professional there.

Horrible Customer Service at this location!!! This particular location doesnt care about their customers animals at all. There definitely needs to be a Customer Service 101 class taught here, as the employees are very rude!! I wanted to cancel my pets wellness plan and was told to call the toll-free number to do so. I called the number as instructed at 1:34 pm today and was told the next available customer service representative would be on the line in 71 minutes. What a joke!!!! Whoever is running this place is definitely running it into the ground. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
