This office just keeps getting worse. Ive been coming here for less than a year. My favorite dental assistant Beth is no longer there. She was the only reason I came back to have my extractions done. She was so kind and caring and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I was so embarrassed of my teeth and she was very comforting. My resent visit there I got stuck with a girl named Shyanne. She was so rude and too ruff. She hurt my mouth and anytime I had a question she would suck her teeth, roll her eyes, and answer me with an attitude. Sometimes she wouldnt answer me. I just had a couple simple questions about my new denture and partial. Im not an arguementative person, just really quiet and reserved. She made me feel belittled and embarrassed. Sad to say, the manager Amanda isnt any better. Shes just as bad! Not to mention, I cant tell you how many times I heard her say the F word and another front office worker right I front of me. So unprofessional! At my first appointment here I should have paid attention to some warning signs. My fault for returning! Amanda treated Beth so rudely that day. Beth walked me up front and tried to tell Amanda what the doctor wanted me to have done. Amanda had started rolling her eyes, grabbed the folder out of Beths hands and told her to leave. She put her hand up and shoowed her away. It was awkward for me experiencing that. Through it all, Beth stayed professional, gave me a huge warm smile, ignored what just happened and said I hope you have a great night, and hope to see you soon. Beth is the only reason I returned to this office. I felt bad for that young lady. I hope I can find where she went too. I would like to thank her personally. I would love to have my further treatment done wherever she is working. Aspen Dental lost a lot by loosing her. Beth is management material!

I from out of state and needed to know if this office could do some work on a temporay crown. I called three times and was told by the receptionist she would hae to ask the doctor and have him call me. So with no contact I decided to drive to the office, Tues night (5/5/2015), it was 1 hour before closing. Upon entering I stood at the fron desk for 10 mins waiting for a receptionist to appear; though there were two other female staff members sitting a few feet away. Both gave me a causal glance and looked away and did nothing. They were too busy talking about a giant pen one had bought and other non work topics. Finally the receptionist came up, I intorduced myself and asked if they had any word from the doctor as I had called 3 times by phone. I got an odd look like I was bothering her and was told "...weve got your name wrote down and the doctor only makes calls after hours. So he will contact you after 7:00pm tonight and answer your question." I waited and got no calls that evening. I do not appreciate the unprofessional way this was handled...Ill be in the area for a few more months, but I can assure you I will not be dealing with this location ever again! They really need to train their staff on focusing on the patient and not sit and shoot the breeze while a patient is waiting at the desk. ** I resolved to fly home and have the work done back in Ohio. I called the office there and they set up an appointment right away. I can also attest they would never leave anyone waiting...the entire staff in Ohio is very focused on the patient.

Horrible place. Went there with no problems for two years. It looks very nice, the people are friendly, and the equipment is up to date. However; The customer service is awful, they are disorganized and poorly run from a local This place is fine as long as you NEVER, EVER have a billing issue; because then you are screwed. They are completely incompetent and will never follow up on what they say they will do, even after you prove the fault is theirs....they just keep lying and billing you, hoping you will break down and pay. Update: filed a BBB complaint, got the right people at the national chain involved, they identified their mistake and corrected it within days. Shame on us, we went back. Were having trouble finding another in network dentist in the area so as we were overdue for cleanings we made another appointment. Got an email from my insurance saying that my recent claims were available for review. They charged my wife for a full set of X-rays. The thing is that she is pregnant and cannot have X-rays. I called the national rep that resolved the last issue and he said he would take care of it. The problem is that this office is either completely incompetant, or down right fraudulent. Avoid the Manchester Aspen Dental at all cost. My insurance covered everything this time, but that is not the point.

This place is awefull! My first experience here was wonderful. A girl named Beth took my X-rays. I told her I had bad anxiety and feared the dentist. She was so calming and made my experience enjoyable. She was very gentle and patient. Dr. Kim was amazing too! I had some work done and got my cleaning done by the hygienist who was also wonderful. But a few months ago I went back for a ruetine cleaning to find that Beth was no longer there. Thats too bad! She was amazing at her job and you could tell she loved what she did. This last visit here made me make the desion to never return. Front staff was very rude and unperfessional. The wait time was rediculaous too! Waited over an hour until they finally called me back. The girl that took my X-rays was too rough and made me nervous. I have bad reflex which makes me gag easily. She would shove the thing in my mouth which hurt me and she would roll her eyes at me. I felt so embarrassed! Anytime she talked to me she had a poor attitude and rolled her eyes at me countless times. I had questions but didnt ask because of her attitude. I couldnt wait to leave. I believe I heard someone call her Shy. I will not be returning ever!!!! The new dentist, Dr. Jung was very friendly. But, hes not Dr. Kim!

The office staff is horrible. We booked an appointment only to find out when we showed up that our appointment was moved to an hour earlier and we missed it. They left a message on our machine, but ... of course we didnt get the message in time. We then had to made another appointment for 3 weeks later. Three weeks later we show up and they tell us that our appointment was moved to Wednesday and we missed it .... again. This time NO messages were left, nothing. They blamed someone else, the other office blamed them ... but meanwhile were 0 for 2 on appointments ... OK Third times a charm, right? We make ANOTHER appointment for 3 weeks from then .... we called in advance to make sure they didnt change it on us. We get there ... and they tell us, oh your appointment isnt for another hour and a half! What is going on here????????? Nobody can keep the schedule straight. At least this time we were able to wait the hour and a half and get the work done. But of course ... were NEVER going Back to them!!!
