This was probably the WORST experience i have ever had with a dental practice.I will commend them on being a well-orchestrated and rehersed machine as far as your sell, sell, sell mentality. Xrays come first, then a quick trip in to see the dental hygienist who, at lightening speed diagnoses the condition of each tooth with a numbering system. Next they seat you with the numbers gal who reviews the critical findings. and lets you know what the ridiculous cost will be to give you your "perfect" smile. In my case (I am 70 but have always taken care of my teeth) they were recommending 5 root canals for me (because I grind my teeth, as well as a DEEP cleaning (the same that they suggested for my wife. Her bottom line started at around $4,000 (which was negotiated down by more than 1/2) . What, in and of itself, does that tell you, guys? BEWARE of Aspen Dental. Both my wife and I made the mistake of going to them BEFORE we read their reviews (which were awful). Here is one more AWFUL review with a warning to take heed, and learn from the unpleasant experience of those who have gone before you. Just do yourself a favor and find yourself a "normal" small dental practice without all the hype and high pressure sales. This company is only interested in their bottom line. They are not interested in you as a person. I went in there only wanting a filling...and ended up walking out in disgust with when they triied to get me on the hook for much, much more. BEWARE!

Felt shady and like a sales pitch. Came in for a cleaning and was given a treatment plan totally about $1200 which included an electric toothbrush on one of the line items that I did not want. I see the dentist every 6 months and only went here for convenience of an evening appointment. I did not have periodontal disease 6 months ago. I walk into aspen and I have bone loss and need scaling etc. when I asked to just schedule a regular cleaning for now and think about The deep cleaning I was told they legally and ethically could not just do a cleaning because my treatment plan. How much sense does that make? What dentist would rather do nothing for a patient if they didnt want the aggressive treatment? Isnt a cleaning better than nothing? Financing was suggested more than once. Financing was not my issue but the gut feeling I had was. Will not return or recommend Aspen Dental.

Aspen dental in East Longmeadow has honestly changed my life since the first time i walked threw the door. I have always dreaded the dentist ever since i can remember with the poking an prodding of my mouth but i have to say it was totally different here. The people are actually people they greet you with a smile an let you know everything is going to be ok no matter how bad things seem. I used to never smile because of my teeth until i came here an now its hard not to smile, i have a huge boost of confidence that i couldnt have gotten without the help of these amazing people. I Gave Them A Shot And Was Beyond Pleased... The Receptionist Julie is Remarkably Phenomenal, Helpful and Polite. Helped Me Get In And Out Smoothly. The X-rays Were Done With Ease The Manager Sonia Was Awesome and Made The Visit Comfortable. And The Hygienist Tammy Was Outstanding And So Gentle With My Cleaning... I dont Think Ive Visited a Better Office And Lord Knows Ive seen many places but none like Aspen Dental In E.Longmeadow. That Team There In My Eyes Is The best In Town Hands Down. The staff at the East Longmeadow site was wonderful when my mother lost her dentures while in the hospital and needed a quick replacement. For one week, we visited daily for different steps of the process. Everyone was wonderful to my mother during this time. Dr. Usman always treated her kindly and was patient with her. Lisa helped her understand all the steps to the process with a very positive attitude. Tara helped with the billing process and was always pleasant. We appreciated the quick, positive experience. She is very happy with her new dentures.

I went for an extraction 2 years ago after not being able to sleep at night and was sent home with a prescription for pain killers. They insisted I get a route canal, which caused me to miss several days of work. After the x rays and extensive cleaning (which I asked for neither) I was told my insurance wouldnt cover the operation and they had me open a credit card. Come to find out, after already paying over a grand, my insurance was supposed to cover most of the cost. 2 years later I am still in debt and credit is ruined..thanks Aspen

My experience at Aspen Dental was excellent. The atmoshpere in the office was professional and relaxed. I transferred to Aspen from a dental office that I have been going to for the past 10 years. Dr. Nazeeh was amazing. Holland was helpful and interested in understanding my dental history before she offered a plan of action. Kathryn was thorough and knowledeable. I love the Aspen Dental in East Longmeadow. I have always felt uncomfortable in hospital type settings and even more in Dental offices but the staff there always make it an enjoyable visit. They are very caring and make sure that you are always very comfortable.
