Dr. Katerina Ashland and her office staff are fantastic. They are friendly and cheerful and help make the experience of going in for a checkup or more serious dental work that much easier. I myself do not do well when it comes to dentists/doctors... but Dr. Ashland is gentle and always has a smile on her face which calms my nerves and helps me relax. She talks you through each part of whichever procedure youre having done and is very gentle when shes working on you. The office itself is very clean and bright, full of plants, paintings, free coffee, and a nice lounge while you wait for your appointment. Youre given some cool sunglasses when youre in the chair and there is even art on the ceiling to help you focus on something other than the task at hand. Theyve also got great taste in music so youre hearing something other than the tools of the trade! I had recently moved back to the area and was in need of some extensive dental work I had been putting off. The high tech instant x-rays made it quick and easy for Dr. Ashland and her staff to come up with a treatment plan as well as explain and show me exactly what needed to be fixed. We found what fit my needs as well as my budget (since I dont have dental insurance) and were able to get started that first day. Several visits later (THIS IS WHY YOU DONT DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW IN COLLEGE!!! Save your kids!!!) and my teeth look and feel great. If youre new to the area and/or arent happy with your current provider, I would highly recommend a visit to The Tooth Fixer in Vernon!

Amazing Experience! Dr Katerina Ashland is a gentle, caring women yet assertive enough to get the job done. And might i add she has small (yet strong) hands that don’t require your mouth to open wider then its actually capable of. Lots of attention was paid to my general comfort along with detailed explanations (in terms I could understand) of what was going on with my situation. State of the art equipment mixed with a great staff top off this wonderful dental practice. I will be going back for many years to come.

I took my 3 year old son to the The Tooth Fixer (Dr. Ashland) for his first dental appointment. The appointment was a great experience. Dr. Ashland personally attended to us, was great with my son and set aside plenty of time to allow my child to become comfortable. The office is spotless, modern and state of the art. The staff was very helpful and made sure every thing was squared away with my insurance since I hadn’t been to Dr. Ashland before this appointment. I highly recommend this practice.

Very nice, warm and welcoming dentist! They make you feel calm and relaxed, they always let you know what there about to do and describe in detail what you may feel or notice. By far the best dentist Ive ever been too! I would highly recommend them to any one or any family!
