I must say, great over all DENTIST experience. Great doctors great assistants, also very clean and friendly.( inside ) . Over all i would recomend anyone should come here, just beware of the front office and try to avoid dealing with her". Once inside "Signature Smiles" i noticed a clean and professional work environment. As i entered i noticed the main person out front ( i think her name was Crystal ) At first friendly, some what proffesional. Once all of my information was acquired i thought it would be smooth sailing, keep in mind i am EXTREMELY afraid of even being at a doctors pressence in general. Thought wrong as i noticed some of the assistants doing their jobs accordingly and "Crystal" was in a very pushy and rushy mood as if it was a busy day, meanwhile me and my son were the only ones there getting any work done at the time. Anyways, my son goes in first and i figured it would go smoothly as any other usual dental visit would. My son comes back out, i think nothing of anything and i also go in and get XRAYS done, it wasnt until we left that my son tell me the lady out front "CRYSTAL" grabbed him in a rough way to position him the way SHE WANTED TO because she was frustrated with my 6 year old son not knowing what to do when trying to enter into an xray room. (Which should be expected from a 6 year old boy. She was also givng the assistants a tough time in front of us because they were trying to be patient with my son and let him take his time, which i really would like for anyone to do so when anyone feels uncomfortable with the procedure. Mind you she was snapping her fingers at the assistants. This was so frustrating and disappointting to me, thinking i should have nothing to worry about when my son goes into an establishment such as this without me having to watch them and trust it. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone ofcourse after they took care of that front office person situation. Sorry.

Mi esperencia en Signature Smiles fue muy buena, yo entre a la oficina buscando una examinacion. Dr. sherma me dijo que tenia algunas caries, y me dijo que me las podia areglar todas el mismo dia . los empleados fueron todos muy amables y me explicaron todo el procedimiento que me hiban hacer. Cuando Dr. sherma me dio la Anestecia yo no senti la aguja, comparado con otros Doctores Dr. sherma a sido uno de los mejores que me a tratado.. Yo definitibamente recomiendo signature smiles family dentistry in Manchester a cual quiera persona o familiares que esten buscando una oficina dental. GRACIAS DR.SHERMA !!!!!

I searched at least five different dental offices because I was in serious pain. I figured I needed a route canel, but was not sure. My Dental plan was not the most suitable,so all of the offices would not even let me get past the admin work to determine what the problem was. I have a busy lifestyle and I was pressed for time so it was hard for me to commit a day to an office . I reached out to signature smiles and they told me that they would work with me regardless. They told me the servicing the customer is the first priority. It was amazing to see when I sat down in the chair with the doctor there where still some insurance discrepencies, but the words out of the doctors mouth was " Insurance should not get in the way of a customer in pain" For a big guy like myself, it almost brought tears to my eyes to see how caring the Dr Sharma was. I think Dr Sharma sets a high bar for others in this industry and I will only refer him.. Thanks Dr Sharma for your kindness and service

Dr. Sharma and Dr. Rangi have been a true blessing for my teeth. I am a baby when it comes to my teeth. I cannot stand the slightest pain but with their skill and expertise, I was truly provided a pain free experience :). They are a great team and put me at ease right away. Nothing has been much trouble to them...no matter what my teeth presented for them!!! Ive had a couple of bad dentists since my childhood where visiting a dentist was like stepping into a war zone...a visit filled with fear, anxiety, pain, force and lots of blood. After visiting them, it was a new revelation to me that dentistry can be smooth, pain free and no undue force!!! Its really not an exaggeration to say that my teeth finally have "parents" :)! My experience here has been life changing and I can finally easy without any pain. Nothing short of amazing!!! I will surely recommend "signature smiles" to all my friends and family.

I could not wait to get home and do this review. I have never been to a more professional office. The staff was so pleasant and the doctor was absolutely phenomenal. The office is up to date modern, clean with all new equipment. The hygienists were all vey helpful and nice. I had to have a tooth pulled, never had it done before and Dr Sharma was quick and gentle, I didnt even know he was done! Amazing. They also provide you with a driver who will pick you up and bring you home. Jose was very well dressed and professional. I am definitely going back and definitely recommending this office to my family and friends. I cant describe how impressed I was at the awesome level of service I received. Thank you Jose and Dr.Sharma! Five stars, if there were ten, I would give ten stars!!!

My visit at signature smiles was a good experience beginning with being greeted by front desk representative (crystal) to to all other co-wokers and none the less Dr.Sharma. Not being a big fan of dentists Signature Smiles made a good impression on their work ethic and also having a well kept and sanitized work enviirnment and also by making patients feel at home.My first visit to signature smiles was to have a wisdom tooth extracted in which I kept insisting not to get done until it was I had a one on one with Dr.Sharma and he explained the consequences of not having the procedure done so I agreed to have the procedure done and honestly I have no complains. I highly recommend Signature Smiles and thanks again to all staff and Dr.Sharma for your wonderful work.....

I would recommend to all! Very professional and courteous... Dr.Sharma and Dr. Rangi are amazing dentists. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. All treatments and procedures are explained prior to providing the care. They are also very good at educating patients with information for better dental health. The office is modern and with the most recent technological advances, digital x-rays and well-designed consultation rooms/examination rooms. Place is very clean and the waiting room is very comfortable with plenty of magazines and televisions. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care. Thanks.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this place!! I have hated dentists from a young age and am horribly afraid of needles. This place and the people who work here did EVERYTHING in their power to make me feel as comfortable as I could be. They let me plug in my head phones and zone out the best I could while still answering any questions I had. I was amazed to find a DR that was so concerned about my health! I was only planing on coming in to get my teeth cleaned, but after talking to the DR about his concerns for my health and wellbeing we ended up doing everything that needed to be done.
