Do not go to Nova Dental very unprofessional at this location. I had been a patient for a couple of years. I never cancelled an appointment in the past. I woke up on a Saturday morning in extreme pain and called at 8 am to cancel my 11 am appointment and reschedule. My husband called for me. He explained to a woman named Denise that he was taking me to the emergency room. She was very rude and upset. She she stated she would not reschedule another appointment on Saturday. Keep in mind I had been a patient for a couple of years and never cancelled before. When my husband told me what she said I called back and told her I was in extreme pain and needed to go to the emergency room. She was again rude. So I told her ill come in and try to get through the appointment then go to the emergency room. She tells me no your not coming. I asked to speak to her office manager or supervisor and she said she didnt have one. I went on my way to the emergency room and while at the hospital they texted me TWICE saying I had an appointment even though I went through all that to cancel! I have worked in the medical field for about 15 years. Her behavior is unacceptable! I will no longer be giving them my business. I would never treat a patient like that. Apparently they do not value their patients.

Nova dental, I have an appointment for a root canal today june 12 at 2pm, I was already nervous to the point where I needed a pre-sedative, and then when my doctor comes in he wastes my entire session talking about what I should have done. And preaching about how its a waste of everyones time. I was ready to have my work done, and this gentleman was rude, and did not give me the service I had to painstakenly prepare myself for. Im in pain. Im highly upset. What that doctor did was wrong. And my mom tried to get him to stop. And he didnt by the end of this whole incident I was in tears and this guy had the nerve to remove himself from the room and laugh. My mother and I WILL be in contact with your owner.

Maybe Im wrong but it seemed untrustworthy to be told that just by looking at you, I know you need jaw surgery. I had been to other orthos and none of them recommended it (I was shopping around). Everyone was very friendly (the receptionist and woman who took the x-ray were extremely nice!), but they also only took one x-ray. Most mandate at least two from 90 degrees difference at least for comparison. They may be good with dental, not sure. But they seemed very very keen or removing teeth and jaw surgery. I would recommend getting a few other opinions and going where you are comfortable!

Don"t go here. This dentist gives you the run around for all services. It delays the process of insurance me and my husband have had many problems with them. They also took my money even though my insurance covered what got done. They refused me emergency service when i needed it because i wouldnt get the procedure done that they recommended. Place is a SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE!
