As a care coordinator at a major hospital, I have been trying to get a piece of equipment for a medically fragile pediatric patient for over a week now without success, even though this patient is already in their system and has other medical equipment through this company. My level of frustration with their system right now is through the roof.

Very frustrated right now. Have been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to change an appointment in Milford...speaking to a representative in Manila The Philippines. Was connected to someone else and after the phone ringing for 5 minutes and no one picking up; I hung up and am now starting ALL OVER AGAIN.

awful service, awful.. Its been over a year, I still cant get to order my facial mask, I honestly want to return everything and go thru a different company. Its been 2 weeks I havent used my CPAP machine due to communication breakdown in this company. Dont ever use the Middletown facility! awful.....
