I have had experience with Home Helpers through two elderly people whom my husband and I help. Both of these situations were somewhat "delicate" and required patience and perseverance on the part of Peter and his staff who exhibit both of these qualities. Peter and those who work for him are always available whenever a question or situation arises. They all have been quick to help solve any problem in a most friendly and professional way. After a period of adjustment, which I believe occurs in most situations, both of the men who are clients of Home Helpers have settled in and are now happier in their routines. My only reservation involves the method of billing and payment. I wish that there was a system in place for automatic deductions. Other than that we have been very pleased with Home Helpers.
