Never get cpap equipment on time. After 11 years its time for a change. They send emails to remind you to order, after responding nobody contacts you to say sorry your not due because it is not time yet due to your last order being back ordered for 3 to 4 weeks. Then when it is time and I call to ask the status they tell me I have to prepay my medicare deductable. Another issue, when you call you almost never talk to a person so you leave a message, then, if your lucky, you get a call back in 1-3 days. If there was a lower rating than 1star that would be the right rating.

My experience with this company (Nov -Dec 2016) which is now BioScrip was a great one. All of the staff and pharmacy were incredibly nice and helpful when I called. They really worked hard to work around my schedule for the nursing appointments. Every nurse that came to my house were the nicest people and very skilled at what they do. They really cared about me! A special shout out to Kelly that was super and went above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks everyone! - A. Griffin

Horrible customer service!!! They wait until last minute to let you know when your medication delivery is going to be. The nursing department never knows what day or time they are coming. And when they schedule a time they either dont show up or reschedule the appt. Research other companies because Im sure this company wont be around much longer because the supervisors couldnt care less about the customers.

Worst customer service I have ever seen . Everyone is the boss and no regard whatsoever for customers. Hard to get to talk to a live person as everyone operates with " leave a message " with no call backs. The one start is because I have to click on something.
