The office in Manchester has horrible staff! They are disrespectful and they do not care to respect their employees. I worked for them a little over a month desperately seeking work only to be put down. After I finally received a client they tried adjusting my schedule to meet the needs of another worker with commitments prior to the case. I have two kids to tend to after my shift so that my husband can go to work. I informed the company that my husband would be late to work due to the tardiness of the employee relieving me from my shift and they did not care. Instead of taking the employee woth prior commitments off the case they decided to take me off the care being that 7:30 was too late for me to be relieve. The other employee would also get there passed 7:30 which was unacceptable. They showed no sympathy and removed me from all clients claiming Im mistreating their employees becasue I said theyre being disrespectful by thinking I can be relieved late although my husband who is my families primary provider would be late for work. They claim I was yelling at them.. well excuse me for using my big girl voice and sticking up for myself when your company clearly doesnt care for their employees!

I appreciate that the caregivers are very dependable and are there when they say they will be there. The caregivers are very calm and are able to deal well with my mother. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she understands the outbursts that are just part of the disease. The caregivers are very patient with my mom. Yesterday they were able to get my mom to my home and we had a great time for Mother’s Day. Ivonne in the office has been wonderful and is always able to make a smooth transition if they have to get a new caregiver. I trust them to make small decisions because I know they will make the right choice. The caregivers write in the notebook so I can read what the caregivers have been doing and how my mother has been acting. My mother is getting everything that was promised and I like that the agency is able to change the care plan because my mother is having a harder time getting around. I would highly recommend this agency because they do such a great job. I have friends that have used other agencies and they were nowhere close as pleased with the care that they are getting as I am with Always Best Care.

What the caregiver does is going beyond expectation. She has such a personality that makes my parents extremely comfortable with her. It’s a work ethic that goes beyond what she is asked of. She is always on time. The caregiver does give them direction to take certain medications. She is always going above and beyond what she is asked of. She has saved someone’s life because she is aware of the patient. The office always calls when they are supposed to call and everyone we dealt with is knowledgeable. They even put together a group to clean up my parent’s garden. And that goes beyond their job. They give us service plus more!

I selected Always Best Care of Central Connecticut because my son wanted me to be able to be at home. The caregiver just does everything! She will do light housekeeping. I don’t require much care, but she gives me all the care that I need. The caregiver has great training because she has been at it for a very long time now. She shows compassion by being there for me when I am not feeling well. I would tell other people that Always Best Care of Central Connecticut is a good company. They deliver what they say they will deliver. You couldn’t get a better agency that Always Best Care.

The caregiver ’s primary focus is that my mother is comfortable and always taken care of. They have always arrived on time and always stayed late when needed. The office staff is very professional. The always come through or show up when they say they will. They coordinate everything. Always Best Care is very eager to solve any problems that come up. Always Best Care is very professional. They go above and beyond for their clients.

Im sometimes asked to make recommendations for businesses and when Im asked about senior care services theres no question that sending someone to Always Best Care is the right choice. Many companies have the people with knowledge and experience to make a difference but what sets one company apart from others is whether or not they care. ABC is that company. Ive had some personal experience with them and know that they give thoughtful, carefully considered advice and care, as if they are dealing with their own family. Id call them again in a heartbeat.

Maria , the home care person who comes over is very good. I appreciate that the people in the office keep in touch as well. They keep on top of things. The caregivers if very compassionate and patient. She reads the paper to my mom and talks to her for long periods of time. She cooks very well and can look the fridge and now how to put things together that would taste good. Always Best Care is exceptional. They’re very accommodating, helpful and they listen to what you have to say. I am glad that I’m doing business with Always Best Care.

The caregivers show compassion in knowing our loved ones needs without asking him. She does not lose patience with him. She makes sure that he is happy and provides entertainment for him. She is also very attentive. The caregiver has been a godsend for me. She is here at a time when I need to get things done in the morning, whether it be appointments, errands or recreation. Attention CAREGIVERS do not apply here. They are good to their clients but they bill A lot and still do not pay caregivers good at all. The office staff is extremely unprofessional. The owners are husband and wife and they hired their daughter to be a manager at 20 years old. No one should run a business at 20 years old. Save your self and find something that will pay more.

I contacted Always Best Care last January when it became apparent that my Mom needed home assistance. It was the best move I have ever made. Kristine Lajeunesse immediately responded to my inquiry and after a bit of resistance from Mom, everything fell into place. Her caregiver is absolutely all I could ask for and the agency staff is A-one. Highly recommend them.

Looking for good professional care for a family member can be very stressful and feelings of guilt can get the best of the person trying to get care for a parent. This service was very understanding and patient. They covered all facets of care that needed to be addressed and even recommended an excellent cleaning service for my parents home.
