i must agree with current review my experience with coordinators was awful the lack of communication with family and aides when i would call coordinator they were rude to me and made me feel like i was at fault for there mistakes.my family member was left alone several times and unbelievable i would get im sorry i forget to cover.when i complained about coordinator to human resource the coordinator actually called me out on it.very unprofessional.if you decide to try this company the aides Ive had little problems with but do not work with coordinator Karen Brown she is very rude very unprofessional and does not do her job well. your family should be a priority to them.

I cant thank the Hospice Care Team enough for their professional and compassionate care of my mother in her greatest time of need. The support and communication you provided me during this time was excellent and greatly appreciated. Thank you for being there and God Bless you all.

Hands down the single most unorganized company I have EVER worked for. Constantly chasing owed money, schedule changes multiple times daily, and rude attitudes when on the phone... which is the only form of contact with company. Would not recommend for a place of employment.
