Here is the absolute truth about kool smiles. I had an appointment scheduled on a monday for extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am. I got there a few minutes early to fill out the paper work. At about 8:15 they called me in and i took a seat waiting for the doctor. At 8:45 they told me that the doctor called out and that I would need to reschedule. Obviously I was missing work because it was a monday at 8 am. I asked them what they would do for me because of the inconvenience and their only offer was to schedule me another appointment. I spoke with the manager there and several people from "corporate". All of them stated that there is nothing that they can do even though they are a corporation and yes legally there are things that they can do. They did reschedule the appointment and the only reason I am going is because of cost. On principle they do not deserve my business. I will make sure to leave another review after that appointment. Every review about long wait times and excuses are true. That is just how they operate. Oh and on a final note I do understand that things happen. Maybe the doctor had a real emergency... Except he didnt. The reason they gave was that he doesnt usually work Mondays so there was some confusion. So he could have also made it right by still coming in but that probably would have been an inconvenience.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Kool Smiles wasted my families time. My son had a 10:15 appt on Saturday we didnt get in the room until 11:00. After sitting in the room for about 20 minutes i asked when we would be seen? The response was in a bout 30 minutes, i left and rescheduled for monday morning thinking that an appointment as soon as they open would result in quicker service. Boy was i wrong. We were brought in the room about 15 mins after being there the cleaning was done shortly after. But we had to wait about 30 mins to see the dentist. When another family that asked what the hold up was the response was the dentist is in the front. UNACCEPTABLE to have the patients waiting this long for you to open up my 4 years old mouth for all of a minute and say everything is good. This location really needs to do better with time management and care about their patients time.

My 12 yr old had an appointment today and was greeted right when we arrived. The wait was normal as any other Drs. Visit. They were very polite, patient and courteous. I highly recommend any parent to bring their children to this office.My daughter was very nervous to get her teeth worked on. No child likes the drilling or needles from dentist visits. But for Dr. Wyne. Not sure if name spelled correctly. Also the assistant Daisy that were taking care of my daughters teeth today. They took the time to gain my daughters trust that she was in the best care. They assures no pain. That is exactly why I give this place a 5 star!!! For a staff to take the time and patience is unbelievable. Thank you Kool Smiles. This visit has made me bring all my 4 children as patients there. Including myself. Thank you and smiles :)

I was looking for a new dentist for my 4 children. I decided to give kool smiles a shot. Its very close to my phone and making appointments for the 4 of them at the same time was easy. My kids LOVE it there. The staff was AMAZING Especially Amanda in the New Britain location. She is so friendly and funny. My kids loved her. Very happy that they had such a good experience and now have a new Dental provider. The kool Smiles staff were very professional, organized, and very kid friendly. They also take adult patients so the whole family can be seen in one place. It makes things much easier for a family of 6 like mine.

This is not a place for a working mom. I scheduled an appointment for 8am ( I was told the appointment would take 30 minutes ). When i arrived they had my child scheduled for a cleaning (this was wrong). I was called at 8:45, I waited around the back. The dentist finally came at 9am (I was told its the only dentist on staff). She took a look at my Child THEN We Went Back out. After paying again for the extraction I waited again (for any parent with a 4 year old you know they are not enjoying the wait). She then saw us at 9:25am completed the extraction. We left at 10am. This was the worst experience I have had.

The worst place to attend, Yesterday I went to my appointment with my mother really calm my mother had already confirmed the appointment days ago and for not answering the call yesterday morning they had to change for a supposedly Urgency when my mother had confirmed my appointment days ago we came to do this and after all the reseacher was an old Lady Racist american and was soo rude I do not recommend people to go there, there are racist people I do not say everyone but the most racist is the old lady recessionist.

Have been taken my sons for a couple of years now, my experience with wait time and service have been good. I only was disappointed once when I had to reschedule because we have been waiting for over an hour and they couldnt tell me how much longer was I going to need to wait. I hope I dont run into this problem again because then I might have to find a new dentist for my boys. Over all the place is clean and the kids love the play area.

It was very good the dental assistant Daisy and Dr. Nguyen was so thorough great chemistry. As the Dr. Went Daisy had all the instruments right on point it was incredible i started off timing to see how long it took. Had it not been for the way they worked together it would have taken longer, it took approximately 26 for both right and left top 5 cavities great job that was amazing it didnt hurt it was on point

My time at Kool Smiles was not great. We had an 11:15 appointment did not get called in until 12:00. Then had to wait until they had there lunch,with two other children I had and a baby it was really difficult. My grandson was finally seen at 1:00. We were done at 1:18. This was just for a cleaning two hours too long. I dont think I will be going back to Kool Smiles any more.

Very disappointed. Ask to be there 15mins before my 9am appt but wasnt seen until 10am. The staff asked my daughter to her earrings for a X-ray and they never returned the earrings to her. Why wouldnt they give them to me SHE IS 9!!! I Can NOT be in the room with my son and watch everything that my daughter is doing in the other room. The staff was also rude.

I was really considering not having my kids go there anymore because a past experience with a middle eastern male dentist he really sucks when it come to comfort and care would definitely not recommend him but gave it a chance with a different Dr. She is every patients dream pain free and efficient hoorah to her she kept a family of 9 as patients here
