So I gave two ends of the scale here, I had a root canal and temporary crown done by Dr.kaur. For two hours not one word was said to me, I got to listen to the hygienist and doctor bicker back and forth. They may have been joking but I personally think the person assisting just had a HUGE attitude and was over listening to it. She didnt seem to care and just wanted to the appointment to be done, she kept saying Im supposed to be at lunch. Like I wasnt hungry myself, I didnt even have breakfast. When she was done I looked in the mirror and was horrified, my front tooth didnt even resemble the other one, it was shorter, square (my teeth are rounded) I had a gap between my teeth, and they werent even the same color. She said there was nothing she could do. I was pissed, got in my car and cryed my eyes out. After this experience I NEVER wanted to go back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone I had called later that day an expressed how upset I was, said I wanted someone else and wanted it fixed. They were very apologetic and got me back in that same day Dr.M (I cant remember the full spelling) did an AMAZING job at fixing the hack job Dr.kaur did. I dont think ill be returning to them but i hate to give a bad review because of one doctor and hygienist, besides that one hygienist the staff is always very sweet and friendly.

Last week was my (and my familys) first trip to DG of MW, as we call it now. Its a bit of a hike for us considering that there are probably more than 300 dental clinics on our 30 mile trip. We chose this practice based on referrals after our dentist for the past 15 years decided to move on. We couldnt be happier about our selection. The location is prime on a broad street with convenient parking. The office staff was very courteous and the entire process of setting appointments to getting reminder to on-boarding was smooth and went without a hitch. They were able to successfully get our dental history and incorporate in their EMR system to assure continuity of care. Heather, my hygienist and Dr K were highly professional taking their time in knowing me, my habits and building plan for long term success. They walked me through their review and recommendations providing pros and cons of all available options. I look forward to my next visit and cant wait to extend recommendations to my friends and family, even if it means driving a bit out of their way... They certainly go out of their way to make their patients happy!!!

Dr. Patel is probably the best dentist Ive had the pleasure of ever having. Shes personable, mindful, careful and very skillful. Its hard to find a good dentist, Ive literally been to 5 different dentists since moving to CT 3 years ago, and finally in my last year I found one. This dental office, in my opinion, is fair in pricing and very HONEST. Ive had dentists in CT tell me that I need root canals when I did not, so this means A LOT to me. They tell you whats wrong and then they take care of it right away. I had a good amount of work that had to be done and in a matter of 2 months it is all complete. The staff is great. I dont recall who my hygienist is but she was very personable and thorough as well. The front desk ladies are so amazing, they know you when you come in and they are on top of everything. I could go on and on. Dont waste and money looking for dentists, believe me this is a great one. Dr. Patel has a pretty limited schedule, but if you can book with her itll be worth the wait.

After 20 plus years my dentist went out of business. I found The Dental group of MW through the internet via a coworkers referral. I called to schedule an appointment and I was pleased with the receptionist whom was kind, helpful and patient as I explained my needs to her as a new patient. Im fairly new to the area so The day of my appointment I put the directions in my GPS. Upon arrival quickly knew this was not the area my coworker had showed me previously;but because of the friendly receptionist I decided to give it a try. I love this place! I had awesome Meg for my cleaning she made me feel comfortable and was good & quick. She has a great since of humor as well. I had to return for a crown to be replaced. I had Dr. "K"# Theowner! with the assistance of the one and only Brandy! They were so very good at making me comfortable through the entire process. I was well medicated which is high on my list. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they enjoy their work. I have found my match for sure.

I have always had a GREAT experience at the Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford. I had a job that required me work in many different states. I never liked a dentist until I met Dr. Kalluri. I told her the first day that I met her that I have never me a dentist that I liked, so Dr. Kalluri and her assistant rose to the challenge and made me feel as comfortable as possible. They tell the funniest stories while there working on my teeth. I didnt see her for over a year and both Dr. Kalluri and her assistant were asking how my wife and kids were. They both remember how many kids, ages, and sports that they were in to. You cant teach that kind of sincerity. I would definitely recommend the Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford to anyone who has ever had a bad experience at the dentist.

The reason I chose the Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford was because of the great reviews I had read online. But Ill admit Im a bit of a skeptic and have to make my own mind up anyway. Like many of us, I dont very often write a review (good or bad), but I am making an exception for this office. When they advertise for employment they must put "Apply ONLY if you are kind, considerate and compassionate." Dr. Kalluri, her staff and other dentists at this office go above and beyond their duty and understand its not always pleasant to go to a dentist office. I feel they go out of their way to help you and make your visit as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much, I appreciate your efforts and recommend anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist, to go to you! Jo

In this increasingly impersonal world, it is important to me to find doctors and businesses that provide quality, individual service. I have been going to the Dental Group of Meriden-Wallingford for many years and I am still impressed with their knowledge, quality care, and friendly service. Dr. Kalluri recently resized and capped my four front teeth. From my hygienist, Jodi, to all of the assistants, it was a team effort. They discussed everything and weighed the options. I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Our adult children and their children go to this group as well. Many of our friends are also seen there. I am thankful that we found such a caring dental group that we can have full confidence in.

I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist but when I come here the staff works with me, making me feel comfortable. I go to Jodi every time I have a cleaning scheduled; I swear by her! She is a pro at her job and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to carry conversation as well as give you the best tips for your teeth. The only thing I do not recommend here is getting your wisdom teeth taken out. Worst experience ever! I was out of school for a week because I was excessively swollen. They failed to mention I had to get medicine before the procedure, and the lady doing it was very rude. I mainly come here for Jodi to be honest, and because I am still under my parents dental insurance.
