45 min wait after filling out paper work, i can get over. Once I got in the room and saw that sanitation was not up to par I knew it was going to be a long day! Dentist knocked filling out and I had catch it with my tongue and the roof of my mouth! After the filling was out the Dentist used the air gun to blow the the exposed hole which hurt like hell. I told him it hurt and he proceeded to blow again. I looked at him and said is that necessary but he didnt answer. As he started to do the procedure of filling back in the hole there was no saliva suction going then he yelled at me because I had to swallow. He told me not to close my mouth. Then after asst. realized that maybe she should do her job and help with the suction of the salvia she felt that she needed to jam it in my mouth and on numerous occasions make me gag because it was almost pushed down my throat. The procedure was never explained nor was the up keep of the filling. It felt like I was a burden on him or he didnt want to be there. I will never go back and I hope no one else will.

These people have no clue what theyre doing. First off the front desk personel were rude. One of them stood by the door while I was consulting with the dentist, and walks away after were done. No type of privacy for patients whatsoever. Second the dentist kept my mouth propped open for an extended period of time that now has my jaw locking, popping, not closing, not opening, and when I eat big meals its so difficult to chew its not even funny. So what happens? She refers me to a specialist because she knows she screwed up. She didnt even want to take an x-ray because of what she might find. Im currently trying to get Logistcare to schedule a ride for me but until this dentist office actually sends the RIGHT information Im sol. So I was warned and didnt heed the warning. Dont be like me. Oh and if you try and debate them (which that shouldnt be the case but theyll fight with you as if it were school) they will be unprofessional and rude. Youve been warned.

This place is a mess. First of all the location is the worst. Its some sketchy office building behind another building. Walking through the door I thought I recognized the place from one of the Saw movies. Second the place was very small not clean and the receptionist acted like i was inerrupting her from doing nothing, and was rude. After waiting for about 10 minutes to get my paperwork the woman asked about my son who was with me and told me there were no children allowed in the office. What a waste of my time. Ill never go back there.

My experiance at the east main dental office, the Dr and his staff was very pleasant. Ive been going to the office for quiet some time, Dr Vega is very kind, responsible, professional and he makes me feel very comfortable each and every time. The office is spotless clean the service is A1.From scale 1 to 10 I give this place a 10+.

The receptionist was super nice. The wait wasnt that long. The Dr who saw my son and daughter was very patient with my one year old daughter who was getting her teeth cleaned.
