Honestly I was dissapointed. Switched from banfield in va to ct because I moved and loved banfield in chantilly va (Dr sharma). This banfield had me wait 50 minutes past my appt time with my cat in a carrier and my new dog in the waiting area, then the vet acted like he was shocked when my cat was agitated. She has never been agitated at the vet before but weve also never waited 50 additional minutes in the waiting room. No apology for the wait, nothing. My cat wouldnt have acted up had she not been waiting in the carrier for that long. Maybe the vet was having a bad day I dont know but he seemed disinterested and also was rushing me - I pay for this service it isnt free and being rushed sucks! I plan on switching to a different banfield where hopefully I wont be made to wait 50 minutes and then be spoken to like Im stupid

“Paws” down the best vet we’ve ever taken Delilah to! Dr. Minott and staff are gentle, professional, knowledgeable, and they love animals. Dr. Minott took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of what was happening and what could be causing Delilah’s allergy outbreaks. He went on to explain the steps we would need to take at home to keep the outbreaks from reoccurring. Dr. Minott answered our questions and made not only us comfortable, but Delilah comfortable as well. We will highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital and would like to give another thanks to Dr. Minott and staff for taking care of Delilah!

They get you in and out. Got a little upset at one point bc I felt that the doctor was making fun of my dog and we were being pushed out before i understood everything. I do recommend this vet they have good spirited people. They guy that works at the desk sometimes is excellent his is very nice and helpful and informative

Very friendly staff. I needed to take my shih tzu there instead of the plainville one that I usually go to and if I lived closer I would make them my vet. They made me feel like they really cared about me and my furry little guy.

Dr. Minott is the one to see. He is caring, thorough, and committed. An exceptional vet! I drive farther than other vets to take my 3 dogs to him. A++!!
