If you know me at all, you know that Im an extremely easygoing person and know that it takes A LOT to make me complain ~ My experience last night at Med-East was one of those times... Let me start off with this warning ~ If you arrive and Dr. Ruby Quinit-Moore is the M.D. on call, RUN (if you can!), do not walk, to the nearest exit. She is a nightmare! I arrived at 5:15PM yesterday and the place was literally empty (They close at 6:45PM), yet she was in such a rush to see me and get me out the door that I *still* do not think a proper exam was done... I injured my right inner ankle (most likely exercise/related) and tried to tell her what I thought happened and when it happened... Her attitude was condescending and downright rude throughout the exam... In addition, I had to tell her details *multiple* times and explain to her what an exercise "Burpee" is (which is how I thought I hurt myself) ~ She had no clue! Then, after explaining everything TWICE, she began to examine the WRONG FOOT and I had to correct her again! Her solution for my pain? An Ace bandage and ice (Oh and an air cast, if I felt I needed to wear one)... She then wrote me a prescription for 800 mg Ibuprofen, even after I told her that I had taken a larger than normal dose of Ibuprofen earlier to no great effect... This morning, Im still in pain, only now I have an upset stomach from the massive amount of Ibuprofen, too! This woman either needs to learn to LISTEN

This was by far THE worst experience with a nurse and a doctor I have ever had! 4 days after having shoulder surgery I went in with severe pain and swelling at incision site it was on a Sunday so my regular doctor was closed. After waiting an hour the nurse was unfriendly and very rude. When Dr Moore walked in she said QUOTE "I can not help you, you are not my patient." And literally walked right out of exam room. I called her back in and said "excuse me?" she didnt even look at my wound and said "Ill give you money back". I was so appalled I could not believe it. Never never never go there. Doctors take an oath to help people. This place is disgusting! What if I had an infection ( luckily I didnt) but the fact remains that she didnt even look to see. Its just a money making scam these days with doctors. Makes me sick! If I could pick zero stars I would.

The receptionist here is the worst person Ive ever encountered in my entire life. I am so sorry that someone should live their life in such misery and aggression towards other people. However, her manner and tone are extremely unprofessional for any business but especially medical. I was treated with complete disrespect and rudeness. I have never felt this way from an interaction with a "professional" in my life. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to have a conversation with her. This is my second time here (first time she was rude as well but worse this time). I am horrified by this experience and will never go back to this clinic again. I would take the time and effort to go somewhere else.

My husband just went to Med-East to be treated for a sinus infection. He was told by one of the doctors that he shouldnt be there, he should have seen his primary. Arent walk in clinics for when you cant get an appointment or dont have a primary? Regardless, the doctor had no bedside manner, was very rude and abrupt. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. After Obamacare kicks in, Im sure doctors attitudes will only get worse.

Doctor made me feel uncomfortable. Didnt seem to care about why I was there in the first place. Asked a ton of questions regarding things that were completely irrelevant. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Nurse and receptionist were very professional and very nice. Worst experience in my life with a doctor.

I recently suffered a work related accident. I tried to see my regular Doctor but they wanted permission from my companies HR department. No luck there, of course. So I called Med East and they were more than happy to take me. They have been so kind to my husband and I, I may not ever go back to my regular Doctor.

I would never come here again. I only came for a job prescreening. They were very unprofessional, the place was dirty, and I feel that they didnt care about me as a patient. The doctor came in, didnt introduce himself. Was in here for 1 minute and left and said he had to finish something and went to another patient.

I waited three days for a test to come back and when I called they said the sample was thrown away and was never sent it to the lab..... So glad I waited 2 1/2 hour and still had to go see another doctor.
