Service was mediocre but the billing process was horrible. I received a bill in the mail within a few days (and several more in quick succession). However, they did *not* properly bill my insurance although they had scans of my insurance card with directions on how to properly bill. After I manually handled the billing situation, they wiped the charge from the online billing system they use. However, they never re-billed me for the remainder of what insurance didnt cover. Months later, I find out there is an outstanding balance (<$50) that had been turned over to a sketchy collection agency.
