I had the opportunity to visit NCH ER three weeks ago after dislocating my left shoulder while skiing (very painful). I was greeted from the ambulance by a very caring, competent, and swift team of 3 nurses, an X-ray tech and ER Doc, Dr. Allison. This crew work very quickly and had my pain under management with-in minutes. Dr. Allison had her diagnosis spot on and reduced my dislocation and had me discharged in under an hour or so. Though a trip to an ER is never fun they did a fantastic job. Thank you all at NCH ER.

I was in the middle of "nowhere" in Vermont and I had to go to this emergency department. The entire staff (front desk, triage nurse, CT nurse, ICU nurse, doctor and so on!) was efficient and compassionate. I was in a lot of pain and they assessed me quickly and they were all very professional and calming. The hospital was also very clean!
