Questionable billing practices. They will send multiple bills from different billing agencies/avenues, for different amounts. The totals for charges will be almost 500% of standard charges for procedures. Billing personnel will be rude and even hang up on customers when they inquire about a bill. I personally had a lady say "oh my god, whatever" and hang up on me.

My side had been hurting for a few days, so I went to get it checked out. I ended up waiting there for over 3 hours. I left because I was so sick of how long it was taking. I could drive to a hospital in another state and get in faster. This was when the hospital wasnt even that busy

Horrible!!! They do not even give the ordering doctor the results and I called multiple times, they do not comply!! I cannot believe when you write in doctors name and you authorize them to have testing results that they do not send to the doctors!!!
