I wouldnt say they were poor to fair but I really wasnt impressed by how unorganized the staff is. Its a bunch of family members and they never seem that professional. My mother always brought our animal here when Dr.Blum owned it and I continued to bring my pets but after my dog was very sick and they were too busy to bring her I got to experience another vet and let me tell you its a world of difference. I will not be coming back here anymore simply because they dont act professional enough and dont keep good records of your animal. Nice people but they need to understand this is not their home and they need to act a little less like they are just a family hanging out.

My family and I have gone here for quite some time, but I recently obtained my first pet since graduating and moving. He was a stray dog that we found and we wanted to get him all his necessary check-ups, vaccinations, etc. My experience was wonderful! They took the time to answer all of my questions (about a full hour and fifteen minutes) and they gave me many options regarding medications. I didnt feel pushed to buy any specific product. Dr. Joel made sure I knew everything that was going on and they kept my dog very relaxed. Prices are also very reasonable.

While I echo the sentiments of other reviewers regarding the loss of Dr. Blum, as he is dearly missed, I also want to acknowledge the love and commitment with which Dr. Joel Arana has cared for my animals. I have taken my dog and cat to Dr. Joel for the past 2 years and have been impressed with his level thoroughness. Each visit he takes the time to educate me, which I always appreciate...AND the staff remains AMAZING!

Dr. Arana and staff are super nice and good with both dogs and cats. Ive taken my two cats theyre a few times now to get checkups, dewormer, ear drops, etc. Dr. Arana even trimmed my cats nails, no charge. He always takes the time to explain things and provides good instruction for treatments. My thanks to everyone at the clinic! I hope your renovations get done soon so you can move back into the bigger place.

Super friendly staff and quick to help. Several friends suggested Dr.Arana. I live in south Orlando. It is worth the drive to get the kind of care they provide. The building looks like a house from the outside with 2 front doors. They have a fenced yard for the dogs. Their staff is amazing gentle with my tiny dogs. And as the other comments suggest they are awesome!

This clinic is amazing! The whole staff is so pleasant and caring. I was recommended by several people to go there and it is definitely the bast place I have ever brought my pets to. I dont have enough words to thank our veterinarian for his knowledgeable and tender loving care. They are not sophisticated, neither pretend to be upscale, just simply go to the point and teach you how to prevent or solve your pets heath issues.

We bring our huskey here and Dr Jay was the first vet to sit on the floor with us amd Loki and really try amd understand what is going on with him and the staff remember what he likes and doesnt like. Grrat place to bring your pet
