Dr. Sasse has the best bedside manner and sh really cares!! I had chronic migraines for years and she was the first Dr that cared to help me even when I did not have health insurance. Since then I have moved to Lakeland Fl and continue to drive back because she is not only a great Dr but she is a human being that really cares. I have had to see the other Drs, when she was out and they are great too. The office staff always takes the time to listen and always shows compassion and quick to be helpful. Im so grateful for them!

I only waited 10-15 min to be seen. It was my first appointment. The staff was courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and the hospital offers free Wi-Fi. All forms for new patients are downloadable from the website, which saved a lot of time and frustration. Dr. Sasse was very thorough. She took her time and was respectful. She offered choices for treatment. I felt valued.

they canceled my appointment at the last minute after I waited a month for it, because I asked what the co-pay would be, I just wanted an estimate. Well, they were rude with me, couldnt come up with any estimate, I said I could pay, they then canceled the appointment which I waited a month for. I need health care, and they just dumped me.

They do auto-dial calls without an option to unsubscribe. I have never been to their office, I received an auto-call, I called their office to get off the list, and they told me that I could not be taken off the list. I am pretty sure thats illegal.
