Originally, when I called regarding bloodwork I needed done, the receptionist had no idea if they do the kind of lab I needed. She placed me on hold for over ten minutes, as she said she would check if they could do the bloodwork. After holding ten minutes, I hung up and called back. The same woman answered the phone, was insanely rude and began laughing at me. She confirmed they could help me. When I arrived at my appointment, a woman by the name of Jessie began checking me in. When I informed her I needed bloodwork done, she informed me I needed a form. I tried explaining there was really no form, but the request was on my schools website and was part of the syllabus, and that she could print it out without difficulty. Instead of listening and going above and beyond, or asking her supervisor, she handed me back my ID, "we cant help you" and told me to get out of line. After leaving, I called back and requested the manager, Joe. Jessie answered again and was reluctant to let me talk to him. When I finally did talk to him, he completely dismissed my complaints about the staff being rude and did not listen. He informed me he would speak to his staff about the bloodwork I needed done so they would be prepared and told me to come first thing the next day. The next morning, I arrived 30 minutes prior to the opening of the clinic and was the first one in line. By the time the doors open, six people were behind me. I was not seen until 30 minutes after everyone who arrived after me had already been seen. Only one of these six people, had an actual appointment. And the first opening at Centra Cares is reserved for Walk-Ins (which I was). While I was checking in, a staff member told me I might need to go somewhere else for the bloodwork I needed done. I had to tell him three times that the manager Joe confirmed with me twice that I could get it done at this location. They also offered me the Flu Vaccine. I told them I had already had it this year. They offered it two more times and even went as far to try and get me to fill out the consent form for receiving it. While I was there, I filled out an Med Authorization form so I can have the results mailed to me, which is an option on the form. They kept repeating that they would call me when the results were in. I had to tell three different people twice that I wanted the results mailed to me and that I filled out the form appropriately. If they did not want to mail it, they should not have that option on the form. I waited 30 minutes after the clinic opened before I was seen. My appointment literally took under three minutes, but for some reason, the people who came after me with non-urgent matters were seen before me, most of which had already gone home by the time I left. My appointment was on a Thursday. On Sunday, they called me to tell me I could come and pick up the results. I explained, yet again, that I would like the results mailed to me and that I had filled out the proper form and made the proper selection. They told me it would take a few days. I ended up receiving a crappy photocopy that is barely readable on Saturday. The envelope was postmarked Wednesday. I dont know why, but for some reason, my results laid around for three days before someone decided to mail them. This is the second Centra Care Ive gone to and received terrible service at. Most of the receptionists do not know what services the center provides. The wait is always long, which takes away from the point of having a "reservation". If you go to this location, make sure Kern or Jose checks you in. If they are not working, reschedule. Its also ridiculously overpriced. Physical: $128. Walgreens Physical: $60. Centra Care Blooddraw $98. LabCorp $55. Im never doing business with Centra Care again (this is the best rated one in the area at 3.3 stars). Check out Walgreens (4.9 stars) and CVS for more reasonable prices and better quality of care and service. Centra Care is also super terrible in terms of insurance. Re: response from mangement. I have not received any communicaiton.

Worst experience ever had from a centra care. I should have believed what others have written reviews about this place. This place is so mismanaged that it will spoil the reputation of the Florida Hospital. I am an Adventist employee and what I have experienced there is totally against FH values. I made an appointment for 10.30, completed the registration online. But when I reached there, the front desk staffs Nadina and Rita had no idea how to retrieve the reservation details or the registration. They made me fill up all the forms again. Then they informed me that the wait time is 3hrs. After that there was an x ray technician named Barbara acting up as the in charge person . She was telling that I should go to the Oviedo centra care or other centra cares or otherwise I will have to wait for 3 hours. Then what is the point of online reservation. There was no office manager on duty. This place is just open to loot money, no service. I think you can get better service from a cvs minute clinic. I will not be going there or recommend anyone going to this place.

I went here in extreme pain and was needing help because my primary care doctor was clueless. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by one of the nicest people Ive ever met. She got me in the system and I only waited about 5 minutes before getting called back. Keep in mind I went in at 8 am on Saturday morning so I know the wait can probabaly get long at times. The nurse asked me about my problems then took me back to a room so I could get some privacy. She was very concerned for me and was cared about my pain. After speaking with her I waited about 7 minutes before the doctor came back. She was Dr. Rao and most definitely the best doctor Ive ever seen. She eliminated all the issues it could be and informed me on the remaining possibilities. Once we did all the test and narrowed it down she provide me medication for relief until I could get a chance to see a specialist. I was in and out in an hour and I dont have any pain currently. By far the best experience at any medical facility and I would recommend them to anyone.

My high impact teenager received high impact help and care from Centra Care. We called and scheduled an appointment, but were welcomed to walk-in on the phone by Rita. She was excellent and so supportive as I tried to decide what we would do. Linda greeted us at the front desk and was calm and friendly. Lovely welcoming environment. Professional fast care. Makeda is an exceptionally kind nurse. We were seen by the physician, he received x-rays, instructions on follow up with our PCP and orthopedist, crutches, a brace, a prescription, and our films within an hour of being taken back. They were so busy, but made us feel like their priority and I could hear that they treated everyone that kindly. Awesome experience. Much appreciated excellent care. Grateful and will certainly return if needed.
