I had made a "no wait reservation" online and still waited 25 minutes. It was only when I approached the front desk and politely asked if they knew how long the anticipated wait time was did it seem as though someone in the back realized they had someone waiting. I was also asked to pay the co-pay for the appointment prior to even being seen by the doctor, which is unorthodox and in my opinion unprofessional. The man who asked me preliminary questions interrupted my responses before I was able to complete my thought, not listening to half of what I said. He would then ask questions about things I had literally just explained. He rushed me, was quite brash, and had no interest in making me feel welcome or comfortable, considering the fact that helping the ill is exactly why he was hired. When the doctor entered he did not look up from his paper as he introduced himself. He seemed in a hurry. I will say that he listened to my explanation, but did so while looking through his paperwork, as though he had to continue multitasking while I spoke because the explanation of my ailment was only half important. He asked no follow up questions and instead said "I am prescribing you this and this" and continued to write. It was only because I pushed and asked him how and why exactly those things would work and then again asked him to explain why he chose this course of action did he bother to look at me and give a proper explanation. He made sure to then promptly leave the room and I sat there wondering if that was it. The doctor was in the room less than 10 minutes. Once the doctor had left the initial man with whom I had dealt returned. He handed me an iPad to rate the staff with while standing immediately to my left and watching me respond as he rehearsedly explained that they would send the prescription out to the pharmacy. For him to supervise me as I was expected to rate him and the doctor with whom he worked was incredibly rude and showed terrible manner and poor professionalism. I left feeling rushed, dismissed, and as though I was of a complete and total inconvenience. I was unhappy and distrustful of my diagnosis and treatment plan as I had very clearly not been deemed of any importance and was in no way dealt with seriously. So far my ailment has in no way improved. I had hoped visiting the Bumby Centra Care would help alleviate the issue and pain until such time as my upcoming appointment with a specialist arrived. Instead I continue to feel miserable and am in pain. This visit was disappointing, a complete waste of money, and a waste of my time both on the day of my visit and right now as I still am frustrated with my experience and writing this review is clearly the only way an accurate review can be recorded. TL;DR - Do NOT visit this Centra Care. Go to a Care Spot instead. This Centra Care Bumby location had poor manner, was dismissive, and they will not take your ailment seriously.

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. A few months back I was very sick. Think of the flu meeting strep throat. I am very stubborn when it comes to going to the doctor so I waited awhile then finally gave in and went. The first appointment wasnt terrible. It was very short and sweet. I was given medicine and told to return in 3 days if I was not feeling better. 3 days went by with no improvement. After being so sick for over a week, I was miserable. I woke up and decided that I had to go back to Centra Care. I was at the door before they even opened. This experience was completely unlike the first. The doctor who saw me treated me like I was wasting his time. I had a fever, a swollen, itchy, red throat and was just exhausted from lack of being able to sleep. He asked me why I had even come back for a second appointment and told me I was "fine" and to go home. I repeatedly told him I did not feel "fine," but this did not sway his opinion. I immediately started crying and left the exam room. I couldnt figure out how a doctor could be so mean to a person who felt as bad as I did and was coming to them for help. I ended up writing a letter to Centra Cares corporate office and to this day have never heard back. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit a Centra Care location again and try to steer friends and coworkers away from them as well.

I had a horrible experience at CentraCare with my 1-1/2 year old daughter. She fell and hurt her arm, so I brought her in. I told the nurse and doctor that I thought her arm was broken, even though there was no bruising or swelling. My daughter just wasnt acting right. I was ignored. The doctor even took my daughter by the wrists and moved her arms around like she was swimming. My daughter wimpered and started to quietly cry, while trying to pull back her sore arm. I was then told they would not x-ray her, because "if it was broken, shed be screaming." I was sent home with instructions to just put ice on it. My daughter kept acting oddly, so I took her in to Arnold Palmer that evening. One simple x-ray, and they were clearly able to see that she had broken her upper arm all the way through. This same CentraCare location also misdiagnosed my grandmothers broken foot. When we went in, they did x-ray her, and told her it was only sprained. A few days later, she went to another doctor to check up on her progress. The doctor looked at her x-rays and saw a break in the bone that CentraCare neglected to identify. So in my personal experience, this CentraCare is good for handing out antibiotic prescriptions for infections, but theyre awful at diagnosing injuries. I will never go here again.

I made the mistake of reading the reviews of this place before heading in to have a lump in my arm examined. Imagine my surprise when I walked in to nothing but smiling staff and warm greetings! I was already in the computer from a few years ago, so I only had to fill out a small amount of paperwork. I only waited about 15 minutes to be seen, even though the parking lot was very populated. The nurse and doctor were both very quick, efficient and friendly. I was in and out in about 40 minutes total. Not bad for heading in without an appointment! They took care of the additional calls for an ultrasound through Orlando Hospital that, as of the next day, has already been scheduled. Im sorry those who left terrible reviews of this place had such a inconvenient experience. I can only imagine that one, if not both parties were having awful days in those instances. But my personal experience was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend heading here if you dont have the time to find a general practitioner.

Came in with my kids at 11:30 for a 12:20 appointment. Still sitting here after the desk forgot about us. And it will be 2:00 before we are seem we were the only leople here until 1:20 then 4 other people are seen before us and NONE of them had an appointment. Poor customer service....went up the the desk, after I had told the receptionist that we were still waiting, and she seemed very uncaring and no sense of urgency. Dont have an appointment here...it seems it does not matter. We had an appointment for 2:00 that now we have to wait in line for. We use appointment times so that we can stay in schedule...your comapny should too. Thanks for being having us miss out on a school opportunity because your cell phone and snacking was more important than making sure that your ONLY guests were taken care of. Still sitting here 2:15 listening to the staff laugh and talk about their family and other non work related things.
