Its very clear that the good reviews are written by staff. I had a very bad experience. 1) Waited for 1 1/2 hours in the chair to even see Dr. 2) Upsell Upsell Upsell. Oral cancer screening is a farce and they are milking their patients! Deep cleaning is also the latest upsell and they quoted me over $700 for deep cleaning when my insurance (discount plan) advises $320 for the full mouth - apparently antibiotics cost almost $400 in this office. 3) Would not resolve a quote with me. My insurance indicated that ALL lab work is included in a crown quote. The office insisted that theres an additional $124 for lab work. 4) Very difficult to understand what the office staff are saying on the phone. 5) Ordered x-rays so that I could go to another dentist. They told me to pick them up on Friday afternoon. Of course they werent done! Had to wait 15 minutes while they made a copy, plus $20 to get the copy! 6) Drs are CROWN happy. Its not the only solution in the mouth, there are alternatives! 7) Trying to sell care credit! I do not get my teeth done at the bank and I dont appreciate financial advice from my dentist! The Drs clearly have quotas to meet and push for upselling procedures way too easily. At the end of the day, I walked in with pain and walked out with pain! Im still trying to figure out what the point of the visit was.

I went to towncare dental 2 years ago. 1. my gums were bleeding and I had a severe gum infection but could not get an appoint until 3 weeks later. 2. the day of my appointment, my gums were completely ignored and a root canal and bleaching became the focus of that appointment. 3. finally, after 6 weeks of my initial call, I got my gums treated and diagnosed with periodontitis. 4. I went there periodically for a year to have my gums treated and finally decided to try someone else. now, someone from the clinic called me and told me I had a balance. the balance was because they didnt submit information needed by my insurance. I called my insurance and got what they needed from the clinic. I contacted the clinic again and told them what to do and what my insurance required. the receptionist told me they would send all the paper work and ensured me that nothing else was needed. 3 months later, Im in collection? I cant tell anybody where to go but, based on my experience this place is totally disorganized, they rotate dentist and personal all the time, and nobody knows anything and that are facts! so frustrating.

Called this morning to verify some information since I was a possible first time patient. As they picked up the phone I was greeted but I couldnt understand a word of the receptionist. I proceeded to ask if they would take my plan and she said that she will not be able to look that information today but tomorrow and that she will give me a call back some time. That is not the procedure I used to work in a dental office and she could have done that the same day and give me call. She was not knowledgeable and just wanted to have the call done and not answer my questions she proceeded to take down my information and just not do anything. Again thank God I called and saw this reviews this Dentistry will not be the one for me and my family. The receptionist plays a big part on a business and she didnt seem professional or knowledgeable on the phone. NO-GO! WORD OF MOUTH IS POWERFUL AND I EXPERIENCE BAD SERVICE BEFORE READING THE REVIEWS.

I do not know if the employees are writing these reviews or not. It is an ok office , I have been going there on two years now. I have walked out of the place 2 different times because I waited 2 hours in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment. I just get up an walk out and call later in the month, when I have more time . I know others that go to this office too and its the same complaint, waiting too long even to just see the hygienist.Bring a book or MP3 player. I had a crown replaced this year and the temporary crown fell down my throat within the first 24 hours after service and this occurred when I ate my first soft meal after the temporary was placed. I am thinking of changing offices with the next problem occurance. Enought is ENOUGH.

Dont go here, there are plenty of other providers in Central Florida. Their receptionist is combative and rude. As a patient, they will treat you as a waste of time and an inconvenience. In addition to Towncares total disregard for their patients concerns or questions, their billing system is very disorganized. This results in payment for services over and above what youre originally quoted. Going to this dentist will only create more problems for you.

I visited Towncare Dental as a new patient after having to change dental offices due to a change in insurance. I was nervous to change to a new dental office after going to my previous dentist since I was three years old. Dr. Grisales and staff went above and beyond at my visit! Jim was awesome as the dental hygienist doing my cleaning and xrays. Everyone in the office is so friendly. I feel very lucky to have found a wonderful new dental home!

Prior to my visit yesterday, I last visited in 2015, swearing that I would find another dentist and that I would never go back due to a gut feeling that I was being overcharged or recommended services that I didnt need. For some reason, I gave Towncare one more chance only to find a change in management/staff. This change made a difference and I am totally satisfied with my recent visit. The staff does a great job of accommodating its patrons.

Rebecca the office manger is AWESOME! Friendly and flexible to patients needs! Jennifer in the front office is AWESOME and very sweet! Jessica Dr Grisales assistance is super nice and so knowledgeable and pays extra attention to detail. Dr. Grsales is by far the BEST dentist Ive ever had! She takes her time and is very detailed I would highly recommend TownCareDental Dental

Dr. Sanchez is by far the BEST dentist Ive had. Hes extremely nice and gentle. He is very much into his work and really cares about me as a patient. I had a great experience with everyone in this office. Theyre all professional and nice. They are on task and the office is also very clean. I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore and look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Grisales, office manager Rebekah and dental assistant Hector were fantastic. They literally stayed till 10 pm to finish my teeth. They have the best staff. They paid attention to everything I said and every twitch I had. I felt really cared for. I have never enjoyed the dentist but going there is actually a pleasure for me. I want to say thank you to all of the staff!!

Worst practice I have ever visited. Not only did I receive multiple cuts to my lips on one occasion but I was being charged for procedures I did not need. The more experienced and professional dentist has left the Altamonte office and I have watched the customer size dwindle. I got out of there and my insurance thanked me.
