This experience was one of the best experiences Ive ever had when visiting anyone in a dentistry setting. First, the appointment started on time. Im so used to people scheduling appointments and I show up on time and wind up sitting there for 30 minutes to an hour. That did not happen. I was there for a cleaning and checkup. First, the hygienist Barb was kind. Her steady movements and precision was uncanny. Because of this, the cleaning itself was not only done in a timely manner, but it was flawless. After that, I was introduced to Dr. Castano and Fabiola, his assistant. They both greeted me like an equal. That is a big thing I look for. The two went over my exam and it seemed like they could read each others minds. She almost knew what he needed before he even asked. My check up wasnt perfect and when they found a cavity, they didnt come down on me like a ton of bricks. They made me feel as if we were going to tackle the issue as a team. Leaving, I met with April who knows what shes doing hands down. She went over many different options that not only suited my schedule but more importantly, my wallet. Thank you team. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr.Castaño and all of his associates at Orlando Family Dental have gone above and beyond in all aspects of their care. Coming in as an emergency patient, they did everything possible to handle the complex problems that I arrived with in a calm and compassionate way. Most importantly, I left the office feeling like I was a welcomed part of the Orlando Family Dental family. Although this dentist is far from my home, I would travel any distance to be able to receive the care I did from them without hesitation. I have to say this is one of the best dentist I have ever been to in Orlando. I am usually a nervous wreck when going to the dentist based on bad experiences in the past. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal and the doctor was very patient and made sure I was comfortable. He explained everything step by step so I knew what was going on. His bedside manner were incredible. I am so glad that I have found a dentist that I trust for me and my family.

The professionlism of the staff is phenomenal. My teeth have never been cleaned this well. Dr. Raul Castano takes the time to educate and provide the best advice in keeping your teeth healthy. My staff were especially friendly to my children with this being my 5 year olds first visit he not once showed fear during his visit.
