Spoke to a girl named Stephanie through text message and she was very rude and honestly I felt insulted by her, I was asking for a figure on how much it would be to have a crown replaced and a deep clean since I dont have insurance. She wouldnt give me a qoute until I went for the exam, not even a ballpark figure of how much work like that costs, and I told her to go ahead and cancel the appointment because I dont feel comfortable spending money on an exam and them telling me an outrageous price for everything, and she said we cannot give a qoute without an exam with the dentist, and i responded that its fine and just go ahead and cancel his appointment, so she keeps on going and responds to that saying "if your looking for the cheapest dental work in town, we are not the one". I respond saying I just dont want to be ripped off, it doesnt necessarily have to be the cheapest, then she says " all dentist go by a ucr fee if you dont have insurance, they dont make up their own fee." So I asked her what the fee is, and she says "i dont know, I am not the dentist, I cannot make that diagnosis". Then I tell her I already got the diagnosis from another dentist a year ago. Then she says "If your really not shopping for the cheapest dentist in town, i reccomend you get at least 3 opinions from different dentists, but do make the appointment, xray and have the exam done, no dentist will give treatment based on another treatment plan, good luck." Then I told her they are not the only dentist in town so please just cancel my appointment or dont, i really dont care. So she says good luck searching for the cheapest dentist in town Nice huh? Very rude, bad customer service, just wanted to post this to warn everyone about this place, because any real professional office would not under any circumstances allow their receptionist to speak to a potential client in that manner.

Dont even think about it! Keep shopping for another dentist. Liked the idea of Saturday hours. Nope only initial appt can be booked on Saturday. Had a fragile tooth that Dr. believe couldnt be saved. I agreed - tooth was pulled and replaced with a bridge. Insurance was filed on first consult prior to procedure plan. Payment was required and collected prior to treatment. Insurance approved. The estimate was high. Attempted to collect the overpayment - this took weeks to collect. Next appt was for another problem area. Again, Dr. wanted to remove tooth. I told her I was not willing to do so. I expressed that I would be getting a second opinion. Scheduled a visit with a new dentists who requested my records. Filed/signed off on release. Medical records were NOT sent. I followed up with front desk staff Sara - was told that Dr. had to review file prior to sending over. I told Sara that I had paid $25 to have the file sent over to pls do so. I was placed on hold upon her return was advised that the records would be forthcoming. I have had three visits with my new dentist (which I do like) and my records were finally released. This request took over 5 months. Dont be fooled by what you "think" you see.

Was pleased the first time I visited this office. However, this is my second time going for a cleaning & was very disappointed. I was given a price of $300 for a cleaning!! That included a "plan" to help me save in the future & a whole bunch of junk I never asked for. I paid about $206 and got taken back for my appointment. I tried to get the flouride removed but was told its a must before I paid. During my session with the hygenist, I asked not to have flouride & he respectfully left it up to me. I then came out & asked for a refund of the flouride & the girl with glasses was very rude. She had an attitude & made me feel like I was a tough customer. The other girls were fine minus the one who provided misleading information. Be careful from this practices business tactic.

My wife bit down on a hard grain of rice and broke a tooth, so she needed dental assistance immediately. After quickly researching local dental practices, we decided to take a chance on Softouch Dental, and we are glad we did. They understood that my wife needed help right away, and gave us an appointment time just a couple of hours later. Our initial visit today went extremely well. The staff and Dr. Nguyen are all great. They are efficient and professional while remaining warm and friendly. They take time with their patients, unlike some of the big chains. The office has a warm, upscale feel, and is small enough to feel comfortable but has all the latest high tech equipment and a staff that is skilled in its operation. We are very happy with our choice.

If I could give Soft Touch Dental less than one star, I would. My son went to Soft Touch Dental after checking with his insurance provider about his coverage and needing a new dentist. The insurer told him he was covered for exams, x-rays and cleanings and gave him Soft Touch Dentals name and number. After he had his teeth cleaned there, personnel in the office told him he didnt have coverage, he only had a discount. They charged him $170 just for cleaning his teeth. The problem was (is) he does have coverage and its not a discount plan. I think the personnel just didnt want to do the job he or she is hired to do and call the insurer.

Smoking and not taking care of my teeth had ruined my smile. I was very apprehensive going to the dentist but found Softouch Dental and I will never leave. The Dr. is very understanding of my problems and explains all my options, even ones I didnt know I had, and the office girls take very good care of me! They explained all the things I needed to get my smile back and helped me set up a schedule to fix my teeth that would work with my budget. I am so grateful to have a beautiful smile again, I feel good when I talk to people now and my husband says I look 10 years younger! I can only say thank you and I love this dental office.

We sent my mother-in-law to Dr. Nguyen for some very extensive surgical work including implants. This was after she had spent thousands with another dentist who never solved the pain & other issues she was experiencing. Dr. Nguyen was clearly experienced and very skillful. She quickly identified the work that needed to be done, scheduled several visits for my mother-in-law over a period of 2-3 months, and successfully completed the implant and other corrective work. My mother-in-law is very happy with her teeth now, completely pain-free, she can chew and enjoy her food and life again. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

Misleading information on their website and over the phone. When I walked in They did not want to give me the offer they have on their websites 59$ , instead they are greedy and wanted to charge the insurance company the big money + charge me another 111$ for the consultation. Crazy !!! I walked in for a simple cleaning. `Stuff is so rude a lady "Mam -ed " me a few times and roll her eyes , when i tried to understand why are they using the 59 $ advertisement . Lost my whole morning for these Greedy people.`
