In 2014 after four years of being patients of Dr. Susana Moncada, we decided to change dentist. The last service that we received was a crown that she tried twice to make it right but that was never accomplished. Even though we paid in full for this service the office manager was very reluctant to do the right thing and complete the crown service, as it should be since the beginning. We paid in full for something that never was performed correctly, so even we have a positive balance in their billing system we decided to look for a new dentist. Last month in October of 2016, after two years of not having any communication from Dr. Moncada, I received a bill. I sent a letter to her explaining that probably someone in her management system was trying to make a fraud and she was not aware of it. It look like a fake invoice because does not specify the service, the date of the service or the patient. Another fact that makes me think this is a scam is, how is possible that the billing system does not identify any remaining balance for a period over two years? I noticed that in the Better Business Bureau this dentist office have experienced similar problems with the billing system in the past. I asked her for a response to my letter and I mentioned that I will appreciate if the answer only comes from her because I don’t want to discuss this topic with any of her employees because they have already showed in the past lack of professionalism and customer service and by the way, that was another factor that contribute to our decision of changing our family dentist. What I received this month from her, November 2016, was the same bill but with late fees. So I filled a complaint in the Better Business Bureau so they can act as intermediaries.

I was charged a cancellation fee after I lost my job and dental insurance. When they called to confirm my appointment and I explained that I couldnt complete my follow up since I didnt have insurance and couldnt afford it any longer. I was then charged a cancellation fee for an appointment I declined. Not only was i charged a cancellation fee, but a late fee for a cancellation fee for an appointment I couldnt afford and did not confirm. This is not only dishonest, but they were very rude and harassing when I tried to explain that I was unemployed and could barely afford my necessities. I paid in full for every service rendered at the time of completion. I just think this is unnecessary. To top it all off, they reported me to a collection agency and pressured me (a 23 year old at the time) into paying part of the charge to not ruin my credit. 3 years later, they are still sending me bills and tacking on late charges. I would understand if I had a route canal, fillings, or even a cleaning that I had decided not to pay for. I could even partially understand if I had made the appointment and not cancelled 48hrs ahead of time as is their policy. This whole situation is very frustrating and I dont feel as if paying the 100.00 that they say I still owe (after paying them 60. already) is worth it just to get them to leave me alone.

I purchased a Living Social Voucher to be used at Windermere Dental Group for an exam, cleaning, and teeth whitening in which I made two appointments (one using the voucher and another for my girlfriend not using a voucher). The day before the scheduled appointment a lady named Kasha from Windermere Dental Group called and left me a VM cancelling the appointment with no reason. I immediately called her back to get a reason but received no return calls after leaving a message with another receptionist. After repeated attempts to contact her she stated that the dental clinic was no longer honoring the Vouchers and offered no resolution. She also would not honor the appointment for the service without a voucher or offer any other recommendations or solutions. This is unprofessional service and I do not recommend this business to someone looking for a fair and ethical business.

First appointment was great! The front desk was extremely nice and welcoming and the people were friendly. This all went downhill at my second appointment though. I had a few cavities filled, and they told me that it would hurt for a few days. Well months later the same teeth are causing me immense pain, pain that wasnt even there before they "fixed" my teeth. Let alone the lady accidentally sprayed me in the face with the water gun thing and then laughed about it before apologizing to me. So thats why its one star.

Ive been seeing Dr. Moncada for the past 2 years and I think shes absolutely wonderful. Ive had one Porcelain Crown done by her and numerous cleanings. Shes very careful and meticulous with all of her work, and every procedure has been completely pain free. Moreover, she makes an extra effort to put her patients at ease and happily takes the time to fully explain all procedures and answer all questions, if you are looking for a trust worthy, great dentist; I highly recommend her and Windermere Dental Group.

Finally found a dental office I enjoy going to. Not that going to the dentist is fun, but the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. All of my cleanings and proceedures have been spot on. My sister is in dental school at U.F. and I run everything by her to ensure Im not being sold treatment I dont need or over charged for services. I have never been pressured and they have always worked with me on scheduling and payment options. I recommend this office to everyone I know.

I went today for a cleaning. I was able to schedule an appointment time convenient for me. They did the cleaning in a professional manner. Using the latest technology, they performed my cleaning quickly and effectively. They were sensitive to my needs and caused absolutely no pain at all. I would definitely recommend Windermere Dental Group everyone especially those with a fear of going to the dentist.

Susanna Moncada is a very good dentist who is very professional and friendly. We can always have problems, but she is very consistent in her work and always put her patients first. You can tell despite the hardships of running a practice she always takes the time to deal with every concern her patients have and does excellent work. Thanks Susanna

Office is sending me a bill because I didnt show up. That is ridiculous. This is an office with no knowledge and they just want your money with no experience at all. I will not recommend to come this office and please go somewhere that can give you a good service.

I love this place. Everybody is very professional and kind. Cindy and Dr. Moncada are doing a good job with my treatment. I definetly recommend this place if you are looking for a ortho treatment or any other dental treatments.
