I had become unhappy with the service of my previous dentist for many, many reasons; and I have high standards. So, as I was looking for a new dentist, I stumbled upon Bartram Dental Center. As you walk in, you notice that someone paid attention to detail, in that the office is exquisite. It is beautifully cleaned and organized, with a little room for children. However; the thing that really impressed me was the kindness of the entire staff, including the doctor, hygienists and the ladies who run the front desk. They all make you feel welcome, comfortable, and they LOVE their youngest patients --children. This is the first dentist where my daughter had no fear. They are humble and non-judgemental in regards to the current condition of your teeth. You will quickly understand that they are here to help you fix them. "Terrie the terrific" handles the financial portion. Kayla and Ms. Jaimie keeps the office organized and running smooth, and makes you feel part of their family. I and my children absolutely love them! Jackie and Ms. Grace does a thorough but, gentle cleaning of your teeth. They show true compassion for those who may have the slightest fear of the dentist. (But they will be honest with you if you have not been brushing properly.)Doctor Lewis has a wonderful bedside manner, who always suggests the best treatment for his patients sake, not the sake of his pocket book. Yes, this dentist does cost more than some of the other dentists but, believe me, you get what you pay for! Besides, they understand that this economy is hard on even the best of us. So they WILL work with you if you explain things upfront. This is my honest and unbiased review of this dentist office.

If I were able to leave ZERO stars I would. Absolute WORST dental experience I have ever had. Staff members extremely unprofessional, deceitful insurance billing practices. They bill your insurance company upfront for services not performed and happily collect the money. They lie about the cost of treatment, at the conclusion of your visit, you are presented with an exorbitant bill, which they then pull you in to a back office and attempt to strong arm you in to obtaining special financing to pay for the total cost of their "suggested treatment plan" upfront. They made me feel as though I was lucky I had any teeth in my mouth!! A simple cleaning performed by a hygienist, who apparently is paid on commission and it cost me $1000!! This cleaning was also a two-step process. They were unable to complete the polishing of my teeth at that time in order to bill the insurance company for a second visit. Since I was so pleased with this experience, I elected not to go back for that second visit and am now receiving collection notices for another hundred on top of what was already spent! If you have no concerns about less than adequate care and enjoy spending unnecessary money, then this is the practice for you!

Let me tell you about some amazing people. Real people who really care! From the front desk to the dentist. They remember your name, your needs and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I am not just bragging on them I mean this! I had a very bad experience once then found Bartram dental by accident. I called and they were closed but the calls were forwarded to a cell phone(WHAT!) The person who answered explained they were closed after I explained my situation from the very devastating experience at another dentist and that I needed help. They didnt leave me hanging, she drove to the office and made me an appointment. I was nervous but they quickly put me at ease! To this day Dr. Jason Lewis and his staff never cease to amaze me with their kindness, generosity and taking bed side manner to a whole other level(as they nurse wipped the tears that streamed down my face as I lay on the chair) what else can I say but I love these people. Dont look Any further you have found your dentist. Thank you Bartram Dental!

Dr. Lewis and his staff are not only professional, but they are extremely friendly and understanding of patients who suffer from dental related anxiety. I used to be so scared to just get a cleaning, but with the help of Dr. Lewis and the girls at BDC, I have been able to finally get the work done I needed on my teeth. I started out having sedation for wisdom teeth and then fillings, and have graduated to a root canal today with just the gas! Dr. Lewis cares about his patients as if they were his family. He makes sure you have exactly what you need to get your work done and actually cares how youre doing while he is working! Jamie, the dental assistant who I mostly see, is gentle and comforting in everything she does. I havent worked much with Lindsey, but the little bit I have had her for has been just as comforting. Grace, they hygienist, is absolutely wonderful when it comes to my cleanings. Everyone up front is so nice and willing to help in any way they can. You really will feel like a part of the family at BDC.

Dr. Jason Lewis and staff are AWESOME!! Ive been a patient for a little over a year now. From the time you walk in the door youre greeted by the awesome and friendly front desk staff with a warm welcome and a calming atmosphere in the waiting area. Today I went in for a small filling and from start to finish I had no problems. Dr. Lewis and his assistant Brittany made sure I was comfortable and didnt feel any discomfort the entire time. Dr. Lewis is truly knowledgeable in dentistry and takes the time explain and be honest about necessary treatment leaving the decision up to the patient and that I appreciate!! Ive worked in a dental office before so I know for the most part how things are done and this office provides exceptional services and uses the latest technology!! If you are in need of a good quality and professional dental office Bartdam Dental Center is the place to go!! Thank you so much!!!

Bartram Dental Center has exceeded any and all expectations. From your first impression walking into the office you are greeted with a refreshment bar. If youre bringing a small child with you to your appointment or they are waiting for their own there is a play room for them. The bathroom is fully stocked with anything you may need to freshen up before your appointment. Once in the back the very sweet dental assistants and Dr. Lewis take the time to make sure every need is met. They offer television in the ceiling along with headphones, a blanket and a pillow! After the appointment you are walked up front where the financial ladies make sure you know exactly what your payment/future work plans are! While leaving you are encouraged to take a freshly made chocolate chunk or oatmeal cranberry cookie! They are DELICIOUS! What a wonderful dental experience!

My family loves this dentist office. My kids and I have been coming to Bartram Dental Center for almost 8 years now for cleanings, fillings and other procedures. They have always been awesome and I trust them to help me make good dental decisions for my family. I havent had Dental insurance for years and Im sure there are lots of cheaper dentists out there where I could save a buck but you wont get the kindness and respect that you get from Dr Lewis and his staff. Super clean facility, courteous people, and they accept your CareCredit card to make paying for procedures much easier and they work with your schedule. Oh- and they mailed my younger daughter a handwritten note after her cleaning recently telling her how great she did. She was so excited to get a letter addressed to her from the girl who cleaned her teeth. First rate office!
