Multiple reviews indicate that the quality of medical care at Hunt Club Pediatrics is inconsistent. One parent mentioned that their child had an allergic reaction to medication prescribed by the clinic. Another review praised a specific healthcare provider, Rachael, for her knowledge and kindness but criticized the rest of the staff.
The clinic's front desk staff received negative comments regarding their professionalism and understanding of HIPAA regulations. One reviewer mentioned that the staff discussed other patients openly, violating privacy norms. Another pointed out that the clinic was unorganized, leading to issues with immunization records.
Long wait times both in the waiting room and patient rooms were a common complaint. One reviewer mentioned that they had to schedule separate appointments for a single issue, causing inconvenience and additional days off work.
The behavior of the physicians also received mixed reviews. While some praised the kindness and thoroughness of specific doctors, others criticized the rushed nature of consultations and inappropriate comments made during the visit.

My sons been going to this clinic since he was born I actually meant the doctor at the hospital when I gave birth, and I felt really conferable with him. Boy how things changed at 1st I loved the clinic I even had my son circumcised there but little by little service has gone bad. I think in the two years Ive gone Ive been seen my Dr chabon three times which I didnt like that at all. When you do talk to a doctor or a nurse everything is completely rushed there quick to give you meds and send you off without figuring things out. There so bad at this my son caught an allergic reaction from medication that they prescribed this was From a follow-up visit since he was in the ER the night prior. My poor baby hands and feet were peeling I was in a panic I didnt even know what to do so trusting my doctors office I continue going back and they prescribe more medication they prescribed a cream and made my baby skin burn (all this is happening within four weeks!!!!) Fed up with them I went one last time which was today I finally saw the doctor for the last time I knew it was extremely brief and almost made me uncomfortable was ready to prescribe them again another medication and I had to stop him and tell him they had a ready prescribed them that since they couldnt medicate my son anymore he rushed us out and gave me a pink slip referring me to my local dermatologist not even giving me a referral what type of services this Im a concerned mother first time othe medicate my son anymore he rushed us out and gave me a pink slip refer me to my local dermatologist not even giving me a referral what type of services this Im a concerned mother first time mother and he rushes me out like nothing. I was so frantic but I thought of calling everybody on that list I finally showed up to one of the dermatologist clinics which was nearest to me they saw exactly what was happening and told me that yes he did misdiagnosed the baby. finally got the correct medication and I hope everything goes good bottom line is I dont recommend this clinic to Dogs. The dermatologist saw exactly what was happening and told me that yes he did misdiagnose the baby finally got the correct medication and I hope everything goes good bottom line is I dont recommend this clinic to animals never the less to parents with children worst experience of my life for me and my child !!!

I truly can say I returned a few times because of Rachael. She is very knowledgeable, kind hearted and respectful. Besides that, this whole office is horrible! From the front desk staff to the other doctors. The front desk staff needs to be train again in the area of HIPPA violation, as you sign in you can hear them laughing and discussing other patients and /or parents . They couldnt get my daughter insurance verified, and it was like pulling teeth when we tried to clarify it. Nothing but attitude, hackles and let downs. They seemed more interested in what they were having for lunch that day, rushing me and my husband out. I called twice before with a concern I had, not knowing I was put on hold (or just the phone went down on the front counter) and I heard the two front desk girls mimicking me and stating that my daughter really didnt need to come in... Granted I spoke to Rachael about all of this, and she apologize... I gave the office a second shot, this time like prior, we waited in a cramed waiting room a good 26 minutes, then another 16 to see the doctor. When he finally walked in, he didnt washed his hands... Proceeded to exam my LO, between the process he made smart antic remarks that were a bit off subject and seemed more interested in my husbands tattoos then in my LO he pushed the Popsicle exam stick so forcefully and so far into my daughter mouth that she was left hysterical crying and gagging the rest of the day (I checked her mouth later on to find a huge jab mark in the posterior side of her throat)...Anyhow.. We voiced that my daughter had a chough, and that it was getting worse... This was his response: "Well rub some Vicks on her, and dont let it get in her mouth. By the way you should put a bunch of sticker tattoos on her and YouTube it , you guys will become famous... Oh and if she gets worse take her to the ER". With all this said, I truly hope this reaches Dr.Chaban, your whole office needs a pow wow. Maybe a refresher of what their job title consist of, and the responsibility behind it. Words can discribe how awful this whole experience has been, I will never allow your staff to care for my daughter again. Sincerely- Pist off parents

My family had several inconvieniences caused by this place. 1. Very long wait times in both the waiting room and in the patient room. 2. They were very unorganized, did not enter all of my childs shot records into the florida immunization records system resulting in him having a false record when we decided to switch to a new clinic, thankfully our child care provider was able to give us his updated form for his new pediatrician. 3. The female physician was insensitive/rude to me when I questioned the safety of some of the immunizations there were wanting him to have, insisting he needed ones that were not required by the state. 4. They refused to schedule both children to be seen at the same time for an illness they both shared at the same time, forcing us to miss more days of work than necessary. 4. When sceduled an appointment to have my child seen to give the ok that he was over his illness and ready for the immunization, they made us schedule two seperate appointments, one to say "yes" he s healthy enough for the shot, and another to give him the shot. 5. Whenever we called with a question or concern we could not reach anyone, was put on hold, took two days sometimes for them to call me back. Overall, this place was unorganized, and unprofessional. I am so glad we will not be returning there with our children.

EDIT: Im docking a star due to the lady (I think she said her name was Nancy) who answers their phones while theyre at lunch. She was extremely rude and hung up on me! Totally unacceptable and really bad practice. Im a little surprised to see the negative ratings here. We saw Dr. Chaban in the hospital and he was so wonderful that we decided to choose his office over the one we had initially picked out before our girl was born. Upon making the initial visit, 2 days after being discharged from the hospital, we were told Dr. Chaban would be on vacation so we would have to see another doctor. We wound up being seen by Dr. Hale and have seen him every visit since (today being our 3rd visit). We couldnt be more pleased with Dr. Hale! Hes extremely kind, caring, and takes the time to answer all of our questions and even goes out of his way to check up on things we are concerned about, no matter how small (which has been quite a few things seeing as how we are brand new parents). I will say, the front desk is a little less personable, but Dr. Hale makes it worth it and hes whats most important to our little girls overall health so we will keep coming back!
