Do not take any child you care about here. The Doctors are great but getting them in to see them is not worth the headache. The staff does not care one bit about how sick your kid is. They are lazy and lack any semblance of humanity. Not the people you would want looking out for your child. I can understand ISIS or the Taliban not giving a crap about my kids but Americans who are paid to look after children not giving a crap is truly sickening. Do not go here if you care about your children.

My son went in for a vaccine shot he was running a fever. He had been sick that morning. I thought he had an ear infection. The nurse gives him the shot then tells me he can go to urgent care that he could not be seen in the office. I was already there. They were not busy. I was pissed. I would take my dog to be seen here. I called trying to get my sons shot record they refused to give it to me. They staff is very rude. They seem to not care about anything but talking to everyone around them.

Dr. Bristol told me my sons neck would be fine and his head would be fine. He told me that over the course of two months and it never got any better. So i got a second opinion. Now he has to have physical therapy every week and she told me he should have been brought in 2 months earlier. I am considering sueing this practice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE PLEASE!!!!

The doctors are caring and friendly. However, the on-call nurse and staff take forever to call you back, if they call back at all.

They are nice and caring but when you need to speak to a nurse dont hold your breath. If you ever receive a call back.
