WOW! I read some of your comments and I am shocked! All About Kids Pediatrics is a great place. My three daughters ages 2-17 have been going there for years and I have no complaints. We followed our Pediatrician Dr. Ponce to this facility. The staff is great and friendly. They are truly All About Kids! Some of your comments arent completely off, for example it is hard to reach scheduling on the first try. This is a busy office with a small office feel. When I have to leave a message I am very thorough my name is...full detail of my baby DOB, contact number and my detailed reason for calling you want it to be easy for them to look him/her up and get right to your concern. Also it took me a long time to respect PAs (Physician Assistant) "No No I want my Doctor my Doctor" Lol but I am here to tell you they are great too. They probably already know or have seen you guys in the office and your Doctor is probably there and can advise. Just because your primary Doctor is unavailable or booked your child is still their patient. If you are reading this and considering having your child seen at All About Kids Pediatrics you will not be disappointed. We love our Doctor and the staff. ~Good luck~

Both of my children attend this office. Every time we visit, the staff is always friendly and prompt. Ive had the most experience with Dr. Ponce. She is great at listening and understanding concerns. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the kids are well taken care of. I love how she takes the time to actually explain her prognosis and why. Her counterparts are all equally as great and they actually work together as a team. The front desk staff is always a pleasure. Tashauna is very reliable in taking care of the requests and what is needed for the visits to flow effectively. I also love how they give a questionnaire regarding the childrens development. "All about kids" definitely lives up to its name!

Worst place ever . No signs and place is in no where land . On the second floor and doesnt even shows up on google maps . Have to go around the parking lot and area 3 times and luckily saw the sign which was all the way ip top on the second floor . Spent 20 min finding this place flto locate because it doesnt appear on maps or Gps. And finally when we got there they were like sorry you are 15 min late and system shows automatically no call no show and we cant take you now . Simply riducolous and would never recommned to anyone . Specially when you have to take off from work and make arrangement to take you kids to see a doctor and they would just turn you down like this . Unreal and unacceptable .

I took my son in to see his Dr. Since I could not break his fever of 102.8. The receptionist statedthe Dr was fully booked with appointments. And they would try to get him in but it would be about an hour to an hour an half wait. As she is telling me this I looked around the office and the office was completely empty..instead of making it an emergency, I was forced to take him to the ER. this has been the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. I have never found a dr to reject a sick 7 year old. This office has been through 6 different dr in 3 years. Find a new Dr. One that cares about your families well being and not their number of bookings.

The doctor(s) are amazing, patient, informative, and everything youd want in a Pediatrician. However, the triage, as well as booking an appointment is extremely hit or miss. Some days I cant even reach the triage nurse, and it will sometimes take hours to get a return call. The same for the appointments, weve never been able to speak to a live person when attempting to schedule an appointment on the first call and it takes anywhere from 0.5-2hrs to get a return call to schedule an appointment.

Both of my kids have been seeing Dr.Love since 2015. Best chpice I ever made!!! Her staff is AMAZING and always helps and answers my questions! Dr. Ponce is always available to see my kids when needed and knows what she is doing! My kids have ADHD and my son has PTSD as well, she has been amazing with my kids and they enjoy going to the doctor! Thank you for providing such a great experience all these years!

Extremely rude staff in Windermere office. 0 star for the front desk. How can you work at a childrens office and have an attitude. Go to the Winter Garden office they are so much nicer. I have been taking my kids here for a year only because Dr Middleton has been the doctor for our son since he was born. But if he leave this practice I will leave as well. Very unprofessional.

Whenever I or my wife take our son there, they treat him well and they help make those tearful moments great that when my son is sick and we tell him we have to take him to the doctor he agrees and is happy to go. As a parent that makes it a wonderful feeling so we dont have to fight to take him there. Thank you All About Kids

Doctors are uncaring and lack of patience. Management only care about booking as many appointments as they can to make money, what a shame! If your child is sick, I will take them somewhere else, maybe a Nemours Hospital Doctor, where they really care about kids.

The doctora are good bit the staff is horrendous. Thus the horrible service. The staff is rude and uncaring. I dont know how they operate with people that wont even adress your concerns when you ask them simple questions.
