I was extremely impressed with this urgent care center and would recommend it to anyone in need of medical assistance for non-emergency care. Id been fighting a harsh dry cough, laryngitis, and sore throat for a week. As a registered nurse, I try to avoid going to the doctor for anything (we make the worst patients!), but when I spiked a temp, I knew I needed to be seen. The whole process was painless, quick, compassionate, and efficient. The offices were absolutely beautiful, and all staff friendly. A huge bonus is the feature that allows you to "check in" via your smart phone; you are literally checking in virtually. Its a quick and easy process...it asks you one question that is designed to weed out emergency conditions for which you should go to an E.R. (stroke, heart attack, etc.). Then you enter your name and cell phone number. Within seconds, you get a text that tells you, "your wait is X minutes. You are X in line." This allows you to go about your business instead of sitting forever in a waiting room. The system texts you updates, and when your wait becomes less than 30 minutes, they tell you to head in. It was seriously great. I didnt wait at all once.I got there. I cant speak to waiting times if the clinic is busy (it was NOT busy when I went), but my experience was amazing from start to finish. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. All staff I interacted with were kind, friendly, and personable. The ARNP, Donna Newhard, was great. She took one look at me and said, "You knew you needed antibiotics, didnt you?" She put me right at ease. If you need a quick visit and cant get in to your regular doctor right away, dont hesitate to go get taken care of here. It was a very positive experience, and Ill be back, should the need arise, when my regular doctor is unavailable.

Beware of their billing processes! On Jan. 30, 2017 my wife visited this Urgent Care Clinic and paid $114.65 for the treatment. Medicare procesed the claim on Feb. 3, 2017, sent them $35.01 and informed my wife that her part of the bill is $82.01. Thus BCHC owed her $32.64. On Feb. 28, 2017 I contacted their Billing Office and was told they just received the payment fron Medicare that was sent to them on Feb. 3rd, and they will start working on our refund and it will take a month! Today, Apr. 4, 2017, I again contacted their Billing Office and was told that their CEO signs all refunds and the CEO is currently on vacation and the Billing Office didnt know when the CEO will return! My question was "If anything happens to the CEO what do they do?" There was no reply!

I have never been treated so badly by any hospital or doctors office ever. I had an reaction to the lighting in the offices and ended up not being able to see due to a migraine. The doctor had no compassion and just wanted to get me out of the place. He did nothing for my blindness or migraine except to refill a prescription. I told him there was a pharmacy on premises and he could just rx me 1 pill to help out. He refused. I was released not being able to see. The exit nurse and all the staff knew about it and I was so upset by how badly this doctor handled my case. A severe migraine is something that should be known how to deal with.

Have only been in Florida for a year. Heard many horror stories about the health care. Had a problem with one of my ears. After 10 days of wishing it away I went to the urgent care. I signed in online and was notified of my time to report. I went there and registered in 5 minutes. I was called into the doctors office 5 minutes later and receive 30 minutes of great care. The staff was professional and Dr. Toldi was fantastic. I highly recommend this facility.

Radiology assistants at desk/check in that were on hand when I was here were horrible. They were rude, inefficient, argumentative and displayed absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. Perhaps it was training day, but, not a good image to display to your full time residents. Hope they improve, location is good and I have used the lab and pharmacy many times before here.

I came in at 6:23pm with my daughter to get seen and the receptionist stated they were at capacity and I had to come back tomorrow. They close at 7pm and there were no more than 5 people in the waiting area. I understand they want to get out of there on time but thats just ridiculous. I rushed out of work and picked up my daughter to get there on time and end up being turned away.

They are the real deal. Best walk in clinic I have ever been to. From the nurse who served in the military for 6 years, thank you by the way Sir!! The front door staff, the Xray tech, to the Doctor who was a CLASS act. The place was clean and everyone was so friendly. The only place I will ever go again, but not to soon I hope.
