Feb 2014 had a surgery requiring general anesthesia and I cannot say enough about the quality of care received, first rate at first rate facilities. No issues, no surprises, no problems, surgeon himself visited later in the day to check on me and several members of the team visited me next morning and answered questions and told me more about my surgery. Pain was way less than I expected, used only Tylenol for 10 hours after anesthesia wore off, and a couple times as needed, all in all the whole experience was easy for me, the surgery itself was nearly 4 hours. My room was private, with private bathroom and shower tiled like a hotel, 3 huge windows with remote controlled shades and tv with free movies and internet, calming music, educational stuff to keep you entertained for a couple of weeks; food once cleared was all my selection, order any time and was quite good and no extra charge, I had an omeleete, fresh blueberries and grapes, oj and coffee for breakfast, potroast for lunch. I awoke from anesthesia to the feeling of clean fresh smelling bedding. Staff was great, friendly and attentive, even waited till blood taken to check on me or deliver meds over night, very considerate! Room also had a couch with pull out bed and desk and light for my wife, a safe for belongings and was roomy. TV remote is also the speaker so no noisy tvs blaring and rooms are far apart to keep quite and its sooo quiet, I took walks once cleared and looked in many rooms as I walked past to verify the rooms had patients, its very calming, plenty of staff overnight, your well tended to. I feel the quality of care and the effort in architecture was evident and felt compelled to say so to the nurse at the station, she said it had all been designed from patient feedback, nice wood and tile flooring and rooms with views for family to hang out. Its more like a very nice hotel.

The African American check in lady was very unprofessional when I was simple asking how many ppl was in front of us she talked to me real irregular and when I asked her about my wife she told her co-worker I was for someone when I clear stated my wife name she was rude and needs to be talked too this was today around 7 and she worked in adult triage.

These hospitals are like nazi camps. They will lock you up in there and give you bills you cant afford. Its torture and Id rather die than go here. You have to understand obamacare is a eugenics program to soft kill and transfer everyones wealth to healthcare shareholders.

Workers compensation patients: beware, uh doctors flat out refuse to fill out paperwork which means you cant receive care or compensation. These doctors are bwc approved.
