My son aced his drivers license exam, through the FLVS. In order to get his license, we only had to go to the DMV to pick up the learners permit. Well, he didnt pass the vision test. I can remember when I took my test and the excitement that I had. When I called Dr. Girards office, they didnt have an opening until the next week. When I explained my sons situation, the Dr. fit him in the very next day. The professionalism and caring the staff showed towards my son was amazing. They took him right in and explained everything to him. My sons glasses werent supposed to be done for ten (10) days, but it only took two business days. I imagine that Dr. Girard put a rush on them. The atmosphere in the office is like your walking in to a friends office. However, still maintaining the professionalism and quality of care. Well, I appreciate some of the following review, as I do try to do my best in eye health evaluations! As for the trial contacts, I have never authorized any to be removed from a patients boxes, so I would love to resolve any issues thereof. And I have refunded glasses, in rare instances if there was a fault of our office in precribing them. Overall, we have served the central brevard community with pleasure for seven years, and hope to continue providing eyecare with excellence for the next twenty!

Had a bad day,.. Knew this was going to be a cluster mess when I walked in. Actually, the staff and Dr were AWESOME!!!! I would definitely recommend to another person. I was fixing some cell sites and havent eaten all day, my stomach was sour ...as a result I had funky breath. I was so embarrassed!! I was happy Dr Girad was responding to my questions and not running away due to the funky breath. thanks all!!!!

My son broke his glasses within a week of receiving his prescription...needless to say, I was horrified! I rushed the glasses to Visionary Optometry immediately! They quickly called me back and fixed his glasses! I wasnt there an hour! His glasses were fixed and put back on his eyes in no time! I was very impressed and pleased!
