Charlotte Optometric Eye has professionals in their office who look out for you and are there for you. I am a parent of a patient who attends this practice and Dr. Tammy H. Hawks is awesome! You go in and the atmosphere is so pleasant and inviting. There is always something for the kids to do from playing with the USA Map puzzle to looking at cartoons on DVD. I always receive excellent service from checking in at the front desk to the time we leave. I recommend Charlotte Optometric Eye Clinic to anyone who wants affordable eye care.

My experience was wonderful, Ive not been to a new eye doctor in several years but had to find a new optometrist when I moved here. They were kind, worked hard to utilize my insurance despite issues with BCBS, and Dr. Hawks was very kind. She listened to me, reminded me that my vision is very much correctable, and taught me more about the lenses I wear daily. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Charlotte Optometric Eye

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Hawks for about 15 years and we think she is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!! She is very professional and very thorough. Her practice is so family oriented and now my 19 year old granddaughter and 8 year old grandson see her too. Another GREAT thing about Dr. Hawks and her practice is the late hours on Monday and Wednesday for people who cant get there during a normal 8 to 5.
